The hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk to Shinsaibashi. There's a 24-hour Aeon supermarket right next door and a McDonald's at the corner. The room was very clean, and the self-service check-in/check-out at the front desk was super handy. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

I booked this hotel quite last minute before my trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. After reading some reviews, I opted for a twin room for more space, and even though it's near a main road, it was very quiet at night. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came daily. The hotel offers a variety of self-service toiletries you can pick up, and a special touch I appreciated was the complimentary overnight face masks. Downstairs, there's a large AEON food supermarket, and the Shiyobashi Subway Station Exit 2 is just a short walk away. Getting to Shinsaibashi only takes a few minutes. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere – truly a hotel that has it all!

I originally booked a single room, but the hotel kindly upgraded me for free. The environment is great, and it's close to Shinsaibashi. Just a heads-up, check-in isn't until 3 PM, and they don't allow early check-ins, which isn't very convenient.

Mostly everything is good, the services, cleanliness and amenities. They even provide simple yet delicious breakfast with reasonable price, and a hotel pyjamas. The only problem is the laundry service, only have 4 unit and always occupied...and need to wait so long to wash, plus that 1 hour wait to unlock the door after it finished washing, I am not sure is this normal 😅😅 Hope the hotel can look into their laundry service, anyway everything is good 👍👍

Right downstairs is a 24-hour AEON, so grabbing a late-night snack couldn't be easier! The environment is clean and hygienic, and there are lockers for luggage storage. The service is great. It's about a ten-minute walk from Shinsaibashi and just one subway stop from Namba, making it super convenient and quick to get around.
