Hotel Granvia Osaka-Jr Hotel Group

Re-stayed this hotel after visiting Kyoto and Arima. Very convenient and lastly realised there is a 15% discount coupon voucher for 85 restaurants nearby together with the room card in the envelope. Remember to bring along the voucher when you dine in nearby. We tried the restaurant called IGNITE cafe and dining before leaving Osaka. It is undoubtedly a shopping heaven in Japan. There is a newly opened shopping area namely Grand Green Osaka you can visit and go shopping. Daimaru department store is just downstairs from the hotel.

The location was super good where you could easily access many shops and restaurants in rainy days without an umbrella. The staff were professional and responsive. However, the room was a bit old style which I experienced the breaker tripped while I was using the hair dryer.

It was a perfect stay for me and my family. We stayed on the 27th executive floor with access to the lounge three times a day, although we barely made use of it but it was decent. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had a very smooth late check in and an even straight forward check out. The room was spacious and spotless on daily bases. There were excellent amenities and coffee/tea corner. The room overlooked the station but was very quiet. We were excited every day to come back to the room and relax after long day of exploring. All in all, a pleasant stay which made our first trip to Osaka unforgettable.

A very nice hotel to stay, so easy to access to everywhere especially the JR line metro trains just below the hotel. So you should know why this hotel so expensive due to the location. Room pretty small for two person if you book a normal room unless you want to pamper yourself then get a bigger room with higher price. I love the teppanyaki on level 19th, food  so nice and staying guest to get a 15% discount, wonderful.

Great hotel to stay with good location. Friendly staff and superb good customer service as my request to help receive parcel was done and even put into my room before my arrival. Highly recommended!!
