The location is very convenient, with easy access to Nihonbashi and Namba. You can see the hotel right after exiting Namba City South building. The room is also spacious. My child and I prepared breakfast ourselves at the hotel. There's a Lawson 100 convenience store downstairs where you can buy some simple groceries. Sometimes we'd play too late, and coming back to cook a bowl of instant noodles was really relaxing. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel location is great, close to the Honancho subway station, and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi. It's also spacious and clean, with a communal kitchen and coffee available. However, no one cleaned up the coffee area promptly, so I didn't get to drink any. I hope they improve their awareness regarding this.

This hotel is right near the Namba subway station. It's huge, luxurious, and very new. The rooms are incredibly spacious with two large beds, a sofa, coffee table, desk, microwave, and refrigerator – everything you could need! On the 6th floor, there's also a shared dining area with a free coffee machine, fridge, and ice maker. The hotel is surrounded by tons of great, affordable restaurants and is perfectly located between Tsutenkaku and Shinsaibashi! After visiting Tsutenkaku, you can walk straight back to the hotel, rest up, and then it's just a few hundred meters walk to Shinsaibashi! Big Camera, Don Quijote, and Sushiro are all very close by. There are countless drugstores, as well as PlayStation and Nintendo stores! This will definitely be my top choice for my next stay in Osaka!

I've been staying at this hotel for three years in a row now. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and a Lawson a short walk away. It's about a 5-minute walk from Namba Station! Super convenient! Highly recommended! (Macau Tourist)

The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the location is excellent. To the left, you'll find an anime and model enthusiast's paradise, and to the right is Dotonbori. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and drugstores. I especially loved the room's lighting; it wasn't dark or gloomy at all, and there was plenty of space for three people. Our family of three stayed for 7 consecutive nights. The sheets were changed every 3 days, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The laundry room had 8 washing machines and 8 dryers, so there was never any waiting. We would definitely love to stay at this excellent hotel again next time!

It takes a bit of a walk to get to the subway, so make sure your navigation is reliable! Once you get your bearings, it's actually quite close! After I figured out the directions, I realized it was a great location! There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, and lively spots near the accommodation, including barbecue and nightlife options. It's a hotel I would definitely revisit!

This hotel popped up as the top result when I searched for hotels in Osaka on Ctrip, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The location is excellent – not far from the airport express line and several subway stations, plus it's within walking distance to Nihonbashi, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori, which is super convenient. The hotel has a good number of rooms, and what's particularly great is that there are many twin rooms with ample space. Each room comes with a microwave, a fridge, and a table. We mostly ate breakfast in our room, buying milk, salads, bread, and rice balls from the nearby 7-Eleven, which was cheap and easy. There's also plenty of space to hang clothes, and they provide a generous supply of hangers – a must-have for washing clothes daily in the summer. On the fifth floor, there's a self-service laundry room, and on the sixth floor, a shared 'kitchenette' where you can do some simple cooking and get water, which was very handy. The rooms also include disposable amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps.

Hotel was conveniently located near Nipponbashi and Namba but still quite a walking distance. Good proximity to Kuromon market and food places. Rooms are well maintained for a 5 year old property. Room size is sufficient though features rectangular rather than square layout so space feel a bit narrow despite the size. There was no service to bring luggage to our rooms but otherwise staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel left us with a fantastic impression! The kids loved the breakfast, and the staff were really friendly. We also appreciated having a self-service laundry machine. Next time we're in Osaka, we'll definitely be staying at Citadines Namba again (using a USJ pic this time 😉).

The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the front desk staff had no problem communicating in English. There's a microwave in the room, which I assume is standard for all rooms. As for the amenities I used, there's a gym and a water dispenser. The gym requires a key card to enter, and so does the elevator. The location is excellent; Nihonbashi is right outside, and there's a subway station about a 5-minute walk north.

The location is excellent, just a 400-meter walk from Don Quijote Sennichimae, and there are plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. Transportation is convenient, with Namba subway station and Nankai Namba both within a 10-minute walk. The room is very spacious and well-laid out, featuring a microwave and a mini-fridge (for refrigeration only). The air conditioning is fantastic; it's almost silent even on the highest setting and cools very effectively. In contrast to the AC, the bathroom's ventilation wasn't as good as expected. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, though Western choices were more prominent. Housekeeping was impeccable, which I must commend! Compared to the hotel overall, the front desk service was rather average.

The hotel was clean and the building was beautiful, making it a satisfying trip for the whole family.

I was really surprised to find such a spacious room in Japan! The location is super convenient, close to all the major shopping districts, so it's easy to shop and dine. Yet, it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful stay. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
