Luxcare Hotel

The room was neat and clean. Even if the room cleaning time was missed, replacement towels and drinking water were left outside the room, which was very considerate. The location is close to Osaka Castle and the park, very comfortable hotel.

It feels great. This is the largest room I have ever stayed in Japan with tatami mats and twin beds. The self-service laundry is a bit awkward. It is ok. It is very close to Osaka Pavilion, but smoking is very inconvenient.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip. There was no hot water coming out of the shower, so I asked the staff and they told me that there had been electrical repair work done a few days ago and that there was a room where it was difficult to get hot water, so if I left the shower running for about 10 minutes, the water would be hot. In that case, if they had made an announcement at check-in, I could have taken a 10-minute shower from the beginning and never felt cold. This response felt very clerical and lacked hospitality from the staff. The location is good and the hotel is new, so I wanted to stay there again, but I don't think I will stay there again.

The suite space is very large, the bathtub can be soaked in, there is a washing machine and dryer, the room facilities are very new and clean, it is close to Osaka Castle, there is a subway station nearby, and the transportation is convenient. A very good stay experience.

The free coffee provided in the hotel lobby is delicious, the room is very new and clean, and it is very quiet at night. The quality of the breakfast is good, but the order must be placed in the restaurant before 9:30 in the morning. I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Osaka.

It's very close to the subway entrance. The room is spacious. The bed is bigger than the average Japanese hotel. The facilities are new and very comfortable.

The front desk of the hotel is small and the service attitude is good

The location is very convenient, surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance to Osaka Castle. The room is a Japanese and Western style family room, very spacious, with sufficient cooking and laundry facilities, and the bathroom is also spacious and clean. The quality of the bed is also satisfactory, but the child feels that the tatami bed is too soft. There is a terrace in the room, but unfortunately the view outside is covered by other buildings, which blocks the good view. There happens to be a Tenjin Matsuri fireworks display, but you can't watch it in the room. You can only see a little fireworks, which is a pity. The balcony window cannot be opened, probably due to safety concerns. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my three-night stay. The hotel's customer service is average. I couldn't check where cheap parking is available before check-in, but the staff were very polite.
