Having stayed at Dormy Inn Hokkaido and Nono Nara, this one felt like the worst! 1. It's more expensive than Dormy Inn, but the hot spring baths, toiletries, and evening noodles are all the same. The only difference is the room style, with its所谓的 'Japanese-style' aesthetic. 2. You're required to take off your shoes upon entering, which looks ritualistic, but it's actually very, very dirty. Luggage wheels are notoriously filthy, and they roll all over the tatami mats. You never know if previous guests had athlete's foot. It's just very, very dirty. 3. The room was dusty, and this is my main complaint! I carelessly hung a piece of clothing on the rack, and to my surprise, it was covered in dust. There were even cobwebs in the corners! Does housekeeping even clean these rooms? 4. Sure enough, after we went out on our first day and returned, the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been emptied, and nothing had been replenished. I called a Chinese staff member, who claimed it was their first day and argued that we needed to request cleaning. Seriously, what kind of hotel operates like that?! Then, they started saying that we'd have to pay an extra cleaning fee if we wanted the room cleaned? What?! They insisted there was a note in the room explaining this. I told them no one would notice a small note, and besides, the front desk didn't mention any of this when I checked in! I then carefully read the note, and it stated that excessive trash, like packaging from drugstore purchases, would incur a cleaning fee if not disposed of by the guest. That Chinese front desk staff member was incredibly rigid and clearly hadn't fully understood the policy, repeatedly demanding payment and claiming it wasn't their responsibility. My trash was just basic refuse, not excessive, and therefore not covered by their policy! 5. Next, the water. The hotel provides very small bottles of water, and there's no water dispenser in the hallway. The day before, I called the front desk, and they gave me three bottles of water. But when I asked that same Chinese staff member for water, they refused, saying each room is only allowed two bottles. I told them they hadn't cleaned the room or refilled anything, and besides, this policy wasn't communicated beforehand! Plus, I had already received water the day before when I called! Why was it different now?! It was truly infuriating. The next day, when I asked the cleaning staff for water, they happily provided it! That particular Chinese staff member was truly aggravating! I showed them photos and videos of the dusty room, and they said they'd report it, but nothing came of it.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. Kudos to my wife for finding this gem. You get spacious accomodation near hot spot with affordable price and every night you get to eat free soy ramen. Place is amazing, homey, clean and comfy

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. The service was excellent. They offer late-night snacks and even complimentary ice cream after using the hot spring facilities. The amenities are fantastic, making it perfect for families with children. The location is superb, right next to Dotonbori.

We had a lovely time, all the staff were very attentive, courteous and proactive. The only thing the onsen gets very busy and the showers are too closed to the onsen, it was noisy and crowded at times and there are few dryers available. The breakfast was very nice but we couldn’t get on hold of the yakult, which runs out too quickly.

Accommodation: The room size was decent, with enough space to open large suitcases. The room had a window, and the soundproofing was acceptable. Transportation: Transportation was incredibly convenient. It's just a 2-minute walk to Nihonbashi subway station, 5 minutes to Kuromon Market, and 5 minutes to Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi. Dining: They offered complimentary ramen at 9:30 PM. Free popsicles were available by the entrance to the public bath, and complimentary Yakult was provided in the morning. We also opted for the hotel's buffet breakfast, which cost 2500 JPY for adults and 1200 JPY for children, and we found it pretty good. Perhaps because there are many Korean guests, the kimchi at breakfast was surprisingly delicious! Onsen (Hot Spring): There's no open-air bath, and the indoor communal bath wasn't as spacious as others we've visited in Kumamoto or Kanazawa. There were also no manga books or similar amenities. Overall, it was quite average.

A very satisfying stay! The hygiene was good, and both the ramen and ice cream were delicious 😋. Breakfast was also great. The location is super convenient, right next to a subway station, making it easy to get everywhere.

Excellent location; it's surprising to find a hot spring hotel right in the city center. The room is small but well-equipped, and the Japanese breakfast is excellent. Guests can also enjoy the hot springs on the second floor daily, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Overall, a highly satisfying stay. **Location:** Absolutely fantastic. Shinsaibashi and Namba Parks are both within walking distance, and it's very close to Nihonbashi Station. Its extremely convenient transport links meant we didn't need to switch hotels for our Universal Studios trip. From the hotel, public transport took us to Universal Studios seamlessly in about half an hour each morning. **Service:** The front desk staff spoke good English, so communication was absolutely no problem. Daily room cleaning isn't standard (available upon request for an extra fee). However, fresh towels are delivered and trash is collected daily, which we found quite convenient. **Facilities:** Entering the hotel, taking off shoes is required, which felt a little unfamiliar initially. But once we adapted, we found it very convenient, and the hotel stayed impeccably clean – my socks never got dirty, no matter where I walked. The rooms are compact but well-equipped. The public bath floor offers complimentary ice cream or Yakult, along with free ramen and drinks in the evenings – the ramen was truly delicious! The only slight drawback was the relatively small public bath area, sometimes requiring a wait for showers during peak times. However, given this prime, high-value location, having a hot spring hotel here truly feels like a hidden gem.

Stayed 5 nites in the hotel. But the room is no view! the sauna bath is insides without fresh air. Not value for money! Will not choose in the future!

Compared to other hotels in Japan that cost even less, this one was a huge disappointment. The room felt stuffy, and even though we booked a quad room, it was tiny. The tatami mats weren't clean, and there were no disposable toiletries like facial cleanser or hair wax. We only found two toothbrushes in the room and had to go to the front desk to ask for more. The public bath wasn't anything special, pretty much like what you'd find in Northeast China. At over 2600+ for one night, it definitely wasn't worth it. The only real plus is its proximity to the shopping street, but since my parents and I weren't really planning on shopping, that wasn't a big advantage. The free noodles after 9:30 PM were decent, though. I gave it three stars, otherwise, it would have been even lower.

I loved the hotel location, 1min away from nanb station, and walking distance to dotonbori and shinsaibashi shopping district, and halal food as well. I was about unused to the public bath, but it is very well maintained and clean. Highly recommended stay.
