The hotel room and facilities were very comfortable and clean. Self-collection of all the toiletries/dental/grooming items at the hotel’s ground floor next to the check-in area. Check-in process was very smooth and took less than 10 seconds with the front desk staff being very friendly, warm, helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was international and delicious. Also, it’s walking distance from Universal Studios Japan (USJ) and I came to stay the night before going to USJ and should have booked to stay the night after as well instead of going straight back to Kyoto, so would highly recommend everyone going to USJ to stay here both before and after.

It’s about 1km away from the USJ entrance or a station away. Breakfast timings started a bit too late for me as I have to queue early at the park hence had to forfeit it. However, when I get to try, it does have a good selection. My room was decent size but the bed and pillow was way too hard. And you can easily knocked into the basin in the bathtub or while on the toilet bowl. Also, I happened to get one of the furthest room from the lifts. After a long day at USJ, the distance does matter. The thing I do like about the hotel was the overall feel around the hotel is very European style with a 7-11 nearby.

Walking distance to Universal Japan makes this hotel a great location. Walking around 10min will get you to the gate. It is also close to a subway station and bus terminal that goes directly to Osaka Expo. will stay here again

I would recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget. The room have everything you need but nothing more. The breakfast was great. It was the best option compared to the pricy hotel on the Universal Walk.

Great experience. Good service and rooms are very clean. 10 mins walking distance to USJ. They helped us to keep our luggages after checkout so we could go to USJ. Picked up the luggage after.

Good location as it’s close to USJ but not really at the USJ station. The room is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. There are vending machines inside the hotel which sell drinks and ice cream.

The standout aspect of the hotel is the incredible staff. I went to Japan with very little knowledge of the language and the staff made me feel at home and prepared from my very first day. I will certainly stay here every time I visit Osaka.

Quite convenient and quiet place. Front desk staff are kind and polite. And some there have vending machines, laundry room, smoking area. Unfortunately i cant use the public onsen, cause i have tattoo. Hope future it can be tattoo friendly 🥲

Far from USJ around 15 to 20mins walk to the hotel. Also we accidentally left our room card in the hotel cafe but when I asked the reception, just immediately said they dont have lost and found. They close the breakfast area earlier.
