The hotel is located in a quiet business district with a Family Mart, Lawson, and a small pub nearby. It's close to the subway exit, but you do have to walk a bit underground. It took me a while to find it on the first day, but exit 21 is indeed the closest. The room was clean and tidy, though a bit small – you can only fully open one large suitcase. A bit disappointing that they don't clean the room as normal (only "eco clearning - just changing the towers not throwing away the obviously rubbish etc) even we stayed for 6 nights.

Our kids absolutely love it here! It's so quiet and convenient. That's why we always stay here whenever we visit Osaka. Besides the king rooms and standard rooms, they also have rooms with three beds, which are perfect for families with children.

We loved this location so much! 7/11 right underneath, family mart around the corner - we went to 7/11 every morning and night, haha! It is a really nice area to walk around in at night! There is a beautiful bridge over the river. The Yodoyabashi subway station (at exit/entrance 19) is a 45 second walk from the hotel. They clean the rooms everyday unless you put the do not disturb magnet up! (The ONE thing we want to note about this hotel is that the rooms seemingly have very little airflow or capacity for hang drying clothes.)

The hotel's location is decent, and the front desk, which is mostly self-service, is okay. Staff members are available to assist, but the room itself and the housekeeping really fall short. The room layout is tiny; you can barely open a suitcase by the door. If you have two suitcases, opening them would be a struggle. As for the daily cleaning, it's practically nonexistent. They don't change the sheets or duvet covers; they just empty the trash and replace the bathroom towels. They don't even bother to replace the disposable slippers. Honestly, the service is pretty subpar.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just one or two subway stops from Umeda and Shinsaibashi, and very convenient to take the bus to Osaka Castle. There's a FamilyMart and a delicious bakery nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well-designed, feeling spacious. The location is great, easy to find, right between Kitahama and Yodoyabashi stations, near exit 20. It's super convenient to get to Umeda and Shinsaibashi. It's also very quiet at night. The front desk staff were really helpful and proactively assisted me with the self check-in machine. The lobby offers a wide selection of toiletries you can take as needed. The room wasn't huge; fitting three beds was a bit tight, but I could still open my 28-inch suitcase. The bedding hygiene could be improved; one of the beds had a blood stain, but since I brought my own sheets, I didn't bother telling the front desk. The buffet breakfast was quite varied and decent. Perfect for solo travelers. Great location, with a convenience store just a two-step walk away. The nearby subway station has multiple lines, making it easy to travel to places like Kobe, Uji, Kyoto, and Nara. Shinsaibashi is just two stops away. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The triple room was a converted double, a bit cramped, and the cleanliness was slightly lacking. Overall, I was satisfied. It was very convenient for seeing the Gion Matsuri in Kyoto; you can take the Keihan Line directly to Shijo from right downstairs. This hotel was great, exceeding my expectations! Even though the room was small, the layout was very clever. There's a decent-sized empty space right by the entrance, perfect for laying out a suitcase flat. It's really close to Yodoyabashi Station, about a five or six-minute walk (?), which is super convenient if you have luggage.
