The service of the hotel is wonderful, lots of facilities that are suitable for family trip such as massage chair, billiard. The last day after checking out, the hotel even send us to the Nankai station using private car, it is really warm .

Superb stay with 88 hotel. We stayed for 7 nights. One of the best hotel we stayed. My kids n husband love only had positive comments for this hotel. Staffs are super helpful. Though it’s a small hotel, they do provide shuttle service to OCAT (need to inform in advance). This hotel has the biggest fridge of all hotel we stayed. Great for families who wanna purchase milk and breakfast for the next day. On our day to OcAT, one of the staff even bring us to the OCAT ticketing machine to purchase ticket. Room is clean n reasonably sized. Dining area with drinks is a good area for us to chill n relax after whole day of walking.

Location was great. The hotel staffs were very helpful. There were free drinks and hot beverages at the lobby. The deco was modern and all areas look clean. Best fo all, they provider complimentary shuttle ride to the railway station when checking out. Will pick this hotel again if I come in the near future.

I really love this hotel. Location is near for Dotonbori, Metro, OCAT. All stuffs are very good, I’m very impressed. If I come back Osaka, this hotel will the 1st choice for me. Thank you for excellent experience in Osaka.

Service is really good as the hotel staffs were really helpful and sincere. Location is walking distance and consent stores just round the corner, including the subway and trains. Awesome!!

The staff is very nice

The staff is very good, will take the initiative to speak Chinese, the room is quite large, very neat and clean, has a home feeling, dry and wet separation, very good. Stayed for 6 nights, the children loved the hotel, there is a buffet drink bar, every time after going out will enjoy a cold drink, great. There are also massage chairs, which is super cool to come back after walking. The staff was very courteous. Seeing that we were one bag or two, they drove us to the bus station. They suggested we take the bus to the airport and personally took us to buy tickets. I have stayed in so many hotels have never thought of such good services, 100 points, will stay again and will introduce to friends

The location is in a prosperous area, so it’s not hard to find! The staff are very nice, the room is super clean, and all the necessary supplies and facilities are available! On the last day, they took us to other hotels to check in, and the service exceeded expectations! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, has a Dyson hair dryer, and there is no smell in the whole room. Free drinks are provided in the lobby👍🏻.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the hygiene level is very good. It is equipped with a complete set of Dyson hair dryers. The hotel staff are very nice and have good service attitude. It is a user friendly hotel. They even sent us to the station when we left👍🏻
