The rooms is very clean I love the shuttle van between hotel & metro The breakfast was so so, not much variety. Overall is great hotel & will be go back for stay

They did not allow us to stay at the lobby for too long even they know that we don’t have place to go, because all hotels in Osaka that night are fully booked. Imagine having three kids and one senior, they don’t have conscience. We have booking from them that day but too early to check in, 8 nights booking! And they did not allow us to stay in the lobby for too long at midnight

Hotel is quite a distance walk from shin osaka station. However they have shuttle services which is very convenient. 24hr supermarket and other convenience store are nearby. Love the hotel! Will be back!

Good location, near shin osaka station. Hotel provides free shuttle service to and fro to station. Nice spacious rooms, very clean. Great service.

The location of this hotel is a hit and miss. They have a shuttle bus connecting the hotel to the train station every 20 minutes but they stop after 9:30 pm.

We loved our stay here! Very nice the room had have a microwave, washing machine, utensils etc. friendly staffs and the shuttle bus was very convenient too. Will visit again!
