Great hotel with the great service. They upgrade my second room too. During the New Year Eve they invite the gueat to attend Soba Party 😍

The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Shin-Osaka Station, and the drivers provide excellent service. The hotel is very clean, and the bathroom even has a seat, making it feel like you're at a hot spring – it's wonderful.

The room size was decent, but the price was a bit high. The hygiene and service were good. It would be better if the breakfast menu rotated weekly. It's quite convenient being close to Shin-Osaka Station, especially with the shuttle service provided.

The location is super convenient for public transport and not far from the business district, making it ideal for business trips. The room was a bit small but very clean, and the hotel staff could communicate in English.

High praise for the bathroom! Just be sure to select the correct number of guests, or you'll have to pay extra upon arrival.

Pretty good location, surrounded by convenience stores. Walkable distance from Shin Osaka station (about 15 minutes). Though they do provide shuttle bus service to and from between the hotel and Shin Osaka station at 20 minutes interval. Overall pretty affordable but enjoyable stay. Would recommend if you have a Shinkansen to catch at Shin Osaka station.

This was probably the smallest room I've ever stayed in Osaka. When I booked, I saw it was called a 'suite' and assumed the room wouldn't be small, but then I realized the hotel's name is just 'Suite Hotel.' We were three people, two adults and one child, and they even made up the sofa bed for us. But there was no space to lay our luggage flat on the floor if it wasn't on the bed. Several times in the middle of the night, I was woken up by a 'woo-woo' alarm sound. In the morning, I found out it was just the ambulance from the hospital across the street. Other than that, there's not much else to review...

I was very impressed at this hotel that they had offered the shuttle van from the hotel to Shin Osaka Station every 20 mins from 7am - 9pm which had been save us a lot from a long day. As well as the room amentities were very well provided, I stay in King suite room type which included a small pantry with sink and electronics stove to be used. A very large fridge for our food kept. If I plan to stay any longer I might had use the washing machine (which include dryer in the same machine) as well. I'll have only 1 comment on the sofa bed which I lay every night that the cushion is very thin which could hurt your back if you're an adult. But the king size bed was very nice which I didn't have a chance to lay down on it. Last but not least, the hotel staff were very helpful and freindly, If I go to Osaka next time I'd choose to stay here again.

This is my third time staying at Holiday Inn & Suites Shin Osaka, and I keep coming back for the convenience. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, making it a great base for getting around. I also appreciate having a 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart nearby, along with two large supermarkets for anything I need. A comfortable stay with everything within easy reach!

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious for a business hotel in Japan. It's not far from Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station, and they offer a shuttle bus service. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Hotel just for one night stay. Very small rooms and not very clean
