The hotel location is great .the underground tunnel has many shops and restaurants. They even open at mid night, it is right in heart of cbd. They even provide microwave and chopsticks

The hotel is close to Osaka Station, with several other subway stations nearby, shops and departmentstores are also very close. Large room, clean, fresh hotel, quick check-in, and friendly staff.

Overall, my stay here was very satisfying. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive; having a communal microwave on the tenth floor was incredibly convenient for someone like me who likes to buy rice balls and bento boxes from convenience stores. I could heat them up anytime without worrying about them getting cold and affecting the taste. The room itself offered basic yet practical amenities like a hairdryer and refrigerator, all very user-friendly. The overall design is minimalist but sophisticated, with a touch of elegant European style that made me feel very relaxed. Breakfast options were abundant, with both Japanese and Western styles available, allowing me to choose based on my mood each day. I personally really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast; it was light yet refined, making for a pleasant start to the morning. The hotel's environment left a great impression on me; it was exceptionally clean and tidy, with absolutely no unpleasant odors, which was a huge plus. The corridors and rooms were well-maintained, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The location is also a major advantage. It's very close to Osaka Station, just a few minutes' walk, which is incredibly convenient for travelers needing to take the JR or visit other cities. There's also a convenience store just dozens of meters away, so buying things at night was no problem at all. Plus, there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, from affordable to more upscale, perfect for guests who don't want to venture far for food. Overall, this is a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and great value for money. It's suitable for both short and slightly longer stays. If I visit Osaka again, I would definitely consider staying here.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to Osaka Umeda Station, Osaka Station, Hankyu Umeda, and Nishi-Umeda Station. You can even reach the hotel directly via an underground passage, which is filled with shops and restaurants!

Location is superb for those who are taking trains frequently as there is direct underground connection to Osaka and Osaka Umeda station. Plenty of food options too in the underground! Ideal for travellers who want to travel to USJ, Nara, Kyoto and Kobe. Cleanliness is well maintained too with daily room service and change of towels. Amenities on the basic side but with this price point and the size of room you get in Osaka is a steal.

Hotel was centrally located and it was very clean. You just need to walk down to B1 to get access to plenty of food options

Hotel entrance is directly connected to underground street, very convenient.

10min walk to train station and Umeda malls very convenient. Lacking is laundry room. Breakfast is okay with japanese and western options though not much variety.

The hotel is lovely, and the room was spotlessly clean. It's perfectly situated in a business district, surrounded by office buildings. Directly below, there's a lively underground shopping street bustling with various eateries, shops, and drug and cosmetic stores, making it ideal for anyone who loves to shop. As is common with Japanese hotels, the room was quite compact. We barely managed to fit our large suitcase, and once it was squeezed in, we had to step over it to move around the room.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with direct access to Umeda Subway Station from its B1 level. Rooms are well-equipped and clean. The service is good, and daily housekeeping ensures everything is spotless. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The lobby is breathtakingly beautiful, truly a dream. The breakfast spread was generous and offered excellent value. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the amenities provided were exquisite. The service was attentive and meticulous. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, and luggage storage was very convenient. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied. I will definitely come back next time!
