It’s cheap and with a good location. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend. They need rennovation and hopefully, with a better client mix. Ahem, at least not too many noisy guests who don’t follow hotel policies.

Extremely accessible hotel to a lot of locations. However, it will be good if they can reduce the pricing for the breakfast, it will cost Japanese yen 4100 per person if we didn’t add on. If there is no discount too expensive.

Exceptional customer service and great geographical location that brings ease to any trip to major Osaka attractions. However, there is no laundry room and the laundry service is highly overpriced. Also, my room was rather dusty.

Nice hotel and very convenient. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Shopping all around us. Area is similar to Orchard Road. 3 mins walk to the shopping street.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Nikko Osaka. The location is unbeatable—right above Shinsaibashi Station and steps away from great shopping and dining. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, modern, and had a nice city view, though slightly compact. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka.

Across from the grand Daimaru and Luxury shops like Hermes and Gucci, this place saves up more money for transport fares and gives more for shopping. A few steps away from Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi and if you’d still like to keep walking, you might also get to Kuromon market. it is also easily accessible from the Metro. getting to places was a breeze. it was also quiet and you can get a good night’s sleep despite being in the heart of Osaka.

Decently sized hotel right above Shinsaibashi Metro station and walking distance to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful in assisting in the luggage delivery via their Yamato Agent booth. Highly recommended hotel and would return again.

It is a decent family friendly hotel with good service. Room is reasonably large to open two suitcase at the same time. Locating next to Shinsabashi metro station exit but don’t expect a straight barrier free entry if you have a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast is fine and if its fee is included in your room rental. But not worth for JPY3400 if you are not Japanese style breakfast fans.
