I stayed for 2 nights during our visit to USJ, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel. It has a great location, stylish facilities, and my daughter absolutely loved it.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by the hotel staff. Upon arriving with my 9-year-old son and three pieces of luggage (one large and two small), the staff merely looked at us without offering any assistance to move the luggage onto the trolley. After collecting my room key, another staff simply pointed in the direction of the lift without offering any help. I had to manage all the luggage, along with two backpacks, and carry everything to the room myself while also looking after my child.

Spacious room. 10 mins walk to USJ. Has a luggage forwarding service at the lobby. Also 5 mins walk to the Captain Line ferry. Good for those visiting Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Strict about check in timing. Overall was a good stay.

Great location if you will go to USJ. Close to Universal City JR Station. Room is spacious.

front desk staff not perform very well, he felt annoying during whole check-in period others hotel staffs are nice especially in restaurant and house keeping hotel is clean and tidy, location is good, facility is nice

Everything was great except they wouldn’t supply us with extra duvets. They would only supply us with 2 duvets in a king bed room for 2 adults + 1 child as part of their policy.

Clean and spacious room. Only a few minutes walk to Citywalk and Universal Studios Japan. Ferry pier to Kaiyukan West Pier is right behind the hotel if you are visiting the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Would stay here again!

decided on this hotel due to the location as we got a 1.5day ticket to USJ, clean and large room for 4 people, just that 1 of the bed was a sofa bed instead of a regular bed and the furniture are old too. room was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. breakfast spread was good.

Great experience, although the location is not the closest to the amusement park, the journey actually only takes 10 minutes. There is an advantage to queuing early, ensuring that you get to play in the Mario themed area. In addition, the hotel lobby is beautiful, themed with Minions. There are also snack shops with reasonable prices, and the staff are friendly and courteous. From the room, you can directly see the backstage and a small part of the amusement park, which is a very interesting experience. I will highly recommended and definitely stay at this hotel again next time, and will also recommend it to friends.
