Very small room, but big bathroom! Convenient location of the hotel in the very center of the city near the Metro Station and Dotonbori

It was a nice experience staying a night in Luxe hotel. The room is clean, staffs are friendly and the they have all the amenities we are looking. I would consider to stay again here.

Chinese-friendly hotel in a great, convenient location.

Steer clear of this place. I've never encountered anything like it. I booked for two nights. On the morning of the second day, I went out, and when I returned, I couldn't get back into my room. They had moved all my belongings out without my permission. When I got back around 2 PM, I was informed that I had to wait until 4 PM to 'check in' for my second night. In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've ever booked for two nights and been told I couldn't stay continuously. They actually claimed check-in was after 4 PM on day one, and *again* after 4 PM on day two. Absolutely unbelievable!

Stayed two nights, no cleaner came when I’ve opted for it. There were dodgy drunk tourist staring while I was checking in, seemed like one of the one-night stays, I could be wrong. Location was decent.

Cleanliness is poor. Receptionists are mostly foreigners. Expect some language barrier as they don’t speak good Japanese nor good English. They can’t even fulfil guests’ preference on house keeping, such as prepare an extra towel.

I love their hotel its so nice and big rooms for a cheap price its worth it and convenient

House keeping was horrible. Twice house keeper came in the room while I was still in. The room. And insisted I leave the room for them to clean. It was not even 10am yet Cups was not wash at all. Used towels was not removed. Receptionist wasnt too friendly.

10-15mins walking to Namba Station. A bit tidy but Nice and clean. Very close to Dotonbori and food places. Can keep the luggages before check in time

It was very easy to check in. There is a lot of receptionists. It does not take time to check in. It was nice inside the room, it was functional but its too small. It was a good overall experience.

Good hotel

Very good location, walking distance to dotonbori, Kuromon Ichiba Market and Nipponbashi subway station. Toilet and shower room are separated. The room size is really small. It might be a problem if you are travelling with large luggage.
