This is a terrible hotel. The only good thing about it is that it is close to all the points of interest. Other than that the experience was terrible. Our room smelled like cigarettes even though I booked a non smoking room. Stains on the carpets and walls. Toilet and bathroom were yellow, the grout was cracking everywhere between the tiles on the walls. Drain was clogged from the start. Bed was ok but when we looked under it we found trash from the previous tenants. I really did not like staying at this hotel.

Great Location! We loved that it was near to a lot of tourist destinations and shopping areas. Bed was enough for 2 kids and 1 adult.

The hotel is located near the subway station, and there are many restaurants and even supermarket at near by. The hotel is a bit old, but clean enough.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The experience was decent. The check in experience was kind of inconvenient since it is through phone and the personnel there did literally nothing. The room was pretty old and it wasn't impeccable, nor dirty. Perfect to stay just a few days and if you want it just to rest.

Good hotel in great location for a good price. Hotel rooms in Japon for this price are small. Our room had no view as the window was blurt. And the window can’t open. But I think this is common in Japon. But considering the location and the price it was a good value

The room was not very clean — there were dirt marks on the walls, the carpet needed a deep cleaning, and there was a sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom pipes. The reception is on the 2nd floor and both elevators always stop on the 2nd floor before going up to your floor. They do not provide transport luggage however there is a Yamato around the corner. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and conveniently located near restaurants and Dotonbori Street.

It’s clean and good location for long staying. We would stay there for our next visit in Osaka.

1) Awful service, arrogant relation to visitors. 2) ... with check-in (3 pm) and check-out (10 am) time? 5 HOURS for cleaning??!! Standard is 2-3 hours! For what f.... reason is it 5 hours? 3) after check-in we learnt out there is a construction outside the window. For full price of the room!

Please do not book the hotel. 1. The room is really out-dated, looks like from 80s 2. The old room has really unpleasant smell 3. The service is so cold, staff like machine, do not feel any hospitality  4. Far from subways, walking distance 15 minutes  5. After stay, I have rashes all over my body, never has this for my life.

Services was good had free coffee for couple days but then they start charging for coffee. Provided towels everyday which was nice

Very good hotel and close to shopping area. But a distance to train. BTW, Recommend!!!

Need to refurbish and looks old Cleanliness need to be improve
