入住時同前台職員問遲1小時check out可不可以？她說可以。到checkout 當天，被告知需要收取1000日元費用，原因是不準時離開酒店。已跟她說前台職員當時沒有說要收取額外費用，職員反問了一句說，當時職員有沒有說明免費給你？沒有就雖要付款。這是什麼對話？如果事先有說明要收取費用，這才是合理的，這就是這間酒店的服務，不想爭論，給了1000元就離開了，影響了旅遊的心情。
住了三天,還好只買了一天早餐，1500円早餐可以不用嘗試。

一個人住非常好，不用帶房咭擔心房咭不見，因為用密碼鎖。退房的時候也不需要在前台退房，實現特快退房。

Location is excellent as its just 5mins from Dotonbori and 10mins from Namba station.
The hotel comes with a welcome drink bar from 5pm to 8pm which which there are softdrinks, coffee and alcohol which are all freeflow.
The hotel also have a public bath which you can bath and relax yourself after a long day outside.
The hotel is clean and the staffs are all very nice and polite. They always carry a smile and greet everybody. I had a very pleasant experience during check in as the staff explained very clearly all the anmenities and services the hotel have.

This hotel is awesome with onsen and all the basic amenities. The room is a little small but thats fine for us ;) love this hotel and will definitely come back this hotel!

夜遊ぶための基地として予約しました。
アメ村に近く、難波までも近く便利です。
ホテルは清潔でコンセント類も豊富で便利です。
ただ、エレベーターが少ないのと、天然温泉が小さいのがちょっと残念でした。とはいえ、コスパ抜群でまた利用したいホテルです。

They provided clean towels and toothbrushes every day hung on the door even if you didn't need the room cleaning. Location was great very close to a major train station and within the Shinsaibashi area with lots of restaurants and night life. Onsen was nice and clean and never too busy when I was using it

The bathroom is so small. It is like using toilet inside the airplane. I do like that they offer complimentary drink, however, the time (5-8pm) they choose to have that complimentary drink service is when people go outside to eat. Their breakfast is half buffet style. You choose A or B set then get a few more dishes buffet style.
