Room was big with a nice small balcony view! Location was slightly far away from the nearest train station (~10min)

Reasonable price. It is bit distance if you walked with luggage. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located near Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, which is convenient for shopping and walking. It is also close to the subway station. There is a convenience store near the hotel. It is quite convenient. The waiters are nice and the hygiene is OK.

Even though I don't speak Japanese well, the staff was incredibly friendly! The facilities were clean, and access was only possible with a key card at night, which was a nice touch. It was a bit hot in the summer, so I felt it was a bit far from downtown, but overall, I liked it. I stayed for two nights and three days and had no issues. I highly recommend it! Thank you so much☺️

This hotel was near Denden Town, so it was a perfect fit for the purpose of this trip. There was also a McDonald's nearby, so it was nice to buy some snacks on the way back to the hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly!

We really liked the appearance of the rooms in the photos, so we decided to stay here despite the significant distance from the metro stations. Pros: - The hotel is really very nice and cute. - I liked the drip bags with coffee, which you can always take at the reception. - Affordable and economical laundry on the first floor. - Availability of a microwave oven, oven on the first floor (you can always heat up everything from the store if you come back late or get up early). - Quiet street. Cons: - We couldn't find our hotel reservation for a long time on the day of arrival (but we seemed to figure it out) - The clean robe that was in the room turned out to be not very clean. Someone else's band-aid was stuck to it. (Clearly not very high-quality washing and processing of towels, robes, etc. after previous guests.) - No hooks or handrails for towels in the bathroom. It is not clear where to hang wet towels. (Buy yourself some hooks for 50 yen and hang them in each room - it's so easy :)) - The cleaning is very bad. It would be possible to make identification signs on the door when guests need cleaning, if you do not have a custom of cleaning every day and violating the personal space of travelers. You need to ask for cleaning at the reception. And they will not clean you on the same day. You can only ask for it the next day. As a result, by the 3rd day of our stay at the hotel, we were forced to swim in bags of garbage for another day. With such a huge tourist flow in Japan, it's time for the local service to start playing by the rules of the World Service. Not good enough yet.
