The room amenities were incomplete, the bathroom design was impractical, and the breakfast was absolutely terrible – barely anything to eat, leaving me hungry all morning. I booked for two days but only managed to eat breakfast once, which was a rip-off. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The location was also very hard to find, making for the worst experience overall. Even the staff had a bad attitude.

Loved staying at the Villa Fontaine. It was a great location in Osaka Umeda. We had enjoyed the sauna and hot tubs and the hot rocks. First experiencing japanese style sauna.The breakfast was great. Overall it's very close to everything. Little hard to find initially but still 5 stars! .

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, especially with the exceptional customer service we received during check-in. The staff on the 4th floor was top-notch, but the male staff at the spa entrance was completely distracted by his phone and not paying attention to anyone. We were supposed to be given a change of blue clothes and a brown towel for the hot stone spa, but we only found out after other patrons informed us. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel overall was a high-scoring establishment. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and we received a complimentary hand scrub. There was also a special complementary face lotion and face cream. The TV was large, but there weren’t enough laundry machines.
