The hotel owner was at the front allday. I think there was no other staffs at the front except the owners. They were so kind. I had to take off my shoes before I got to the staircase. Arriving at this hotel takes 5 minutes from Nishikujo station and the way to hotel was so silent and it would be scary when walking alone at night. There was subway noise but I liked this kind of city ambience so it didn't matter, When I went outside at early morning there was no any staffs at the front so I had to press a button to open the door. Considering the price it was a good choice. But if I had more budget I would choose more fancy hotel. Anyway, the bed sheet and the towels were changed everyday so overall, it was good hotel. you go to the USJ it will be a good choice because of the station.

The landlady and the old lady were very welcoming, but it was a bit noisy near the train, so I recommend putting a pair of earplugs in the room.

The front desk staff were very helpful, smiling, polite, and friendly. They even helped toast bread and pack it for us to take home. The restaurant is also conveniently located near Nishi-Kujo Station.

The hotel is conveniently located, a 400-meter walk from Nishikujo Station and two stops from Universal Studios Japan. The owner is Chinese and very welcoming, making communication easy. Highly recommended!

The owner was very welcoming, easing the language barrier and reducing any stress during check-in. The room was very clean, and the bed was made daily. Breakfast included bread slices, a small bowl of fresh vegetable salad, and an orange. In Japan, where prices are so high, the fresh vegetables were a welcome source of Vitamin C. Towels were changed daily. The entire building was decorated in an old Shanghai style, which was quite unique. It was a bit small and not quite a large hotel, but given its proximity to Universal Studios Japan (just a three- or four-minute walk from the station shown in picture 1), it was a great option in the Nishi-Kujo area.

A very nice hotel. The landlady was very welcoming. It's a five-minute walk from the hotel to Nishi-Kujo, and then two stops to Universal Studios. The rooms were clean and spacious. I'll definitely come back next time.

The staff at the front desk were super nice and spoke Chinese. The room was a bit small, and I wouldn't recommend it if you're worried about noise at night due to its proximity to the subway. It's very close to the subway station, making it convenient for a morning trip to Universal Studios.

The lady boss is super nice. I read the reviews before booking that she was Chinese, but I didn't expect she was also from Shanghai. She was so kind and enthusiastic. When I first booked the hotel, I read reviews that it was very close to Osaka Universal. It was really convenient. I highly recommend staying here when going to Osaka Universal. The area near the hotel is actually very lively. It is nearby a local residential area and I see many students after school every time I go out. I wish you a prosperous business!

A very bad experience, incomparable to other hotel chains in Japan.

I love this hotel so much. The owner, Aunt Quan, is very cute. Every day when my son goes out, he excitedly says the plastic Japanese "出ます", and the owner will smile and say, "いでらしゃい", and when he comes back, he will also say "ただいま" and the welcoming "お帰り". The hotel's location is also good, and it is very convenient to go to the airport, downtown, and Universal. There is a restaurant on the first floor, which is also very convenient for eating. There are many small izakayas around, and they are all delicious~ The room is also small and clean. The sound of the subway passing by may be a bit noisy, but it's okay once you get used to it. When I was tired of playing, I fell asleep immediately accompanied by the sound of the subway.
