This is my second stay here, and it's incredibly convenient to get to from the airport with a direct shuttle bus. The central transportation hub is right downstairs, making it easy to access all the different lines. I'm very satisfied! The room was spacious, and my family was quite pleased with it. The buffet was decent, and booking it in advance on Ctrip gave us good value for money, especially since they had kiwis among the fruits. For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. But the best part is the incredibly convenient location. There's a direct shuttle bus to Kansai Airport right downstairs, though you do need to book in advance. We only went downstairs right before our departure and, due to the language barrier, we didn't understand what the driver was telling us. We later found out online that you need to purchase tickets and reserve seats ahead of time. Plus, with the subway station right below the hotel, getting anywhere is a breeze.

Perfect location, subway and JR are just on G/F, with a shopping mall next to it. Room is spacious with space for two big luggage (28’ & 30’)! Cleanliness is good!

Our room was on the 19th floor, and it was newly renovated and very clean. We arrived around 1 PM and they allowed us to check in early. There's Chinese-speaking staff available, and the lobby on the 2nd floor connects directly to the airport shuttle, making it super convenient for getting to Kansai Airport!!!

The service was prompt and friendly. There's a British pub and a cafe right downstairs (see attached photos), offering great value for trying out different breakfast options, so I skipped the hotel breakfast. I heard the pool costs extra, which is quite inconvenient, so I didn't bother using it – hopefully, they'll improve that. For a three-day stay, drying clothes in the room was difficult, and the retractable clothesline above the bathtub was too loose and practically useless, which was also a bit annoying.

The room smelled of curry after it was cleaned, which I can overlook, but the bathroom had a strange, unpleasant odor. As shown in the picture, the tissues had some unknown blue marks on them. Also, the hotel is very stingy; I stayed for four nights and asked for an extra pack of tissues every day, but they never gave me one. The bed sheets, as pictured, were absolutely disgusting. Communication with the hotel staff was also difficult; although a few employees spoke Chinese, if they weren't available, even simple English was sometimes not understood.
