Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!

We enjoy our 3-night stay here. Umeda is transport hub and we took super fast train from Kyoto (just 45 mins) and the station exit is close to this hotel. The 5-star hotel is tall, very clean, elegantly decorated and spacious. Room inside is excellent in every aspect. We had a wonderful and open views overlooking the city and the big wheel. There're several restaurants or otherwise many dining choices in the neighborhood. We tried the lunch all-you-can-eat which is nice. Staff ok, English not very good though. The hotel is so kind and generous for giving me a small bunch of flowers on my birthday 💐 Price is unexpectedly good too, about USD205 per night for our triple room and our stay is during the Easter holidays! Overall, recommended with hesitation.

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room during Autumn. Good size comparing to many other hotels of this rate, enough space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. Love the location, easy to find the hotel from train station, it’s just above Daimaru and many excellent restaurants within 10 mins walk. It’s fabulous to get back to my room for a short break between shopping. Nothing is better than staying directly above the station for train travelers. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel this year. I was pretty disappointed with the stay this time. I have booked 3 rooms for a family of 6. Room 1-3: Rooms was very hot despite AC turned on. Room 2: Sink was choked and shower room was reeked with bad smell. Room 3: Room was stinky. I was aware that the hotel rooms were fully booked hence we just bear with the condition since we will be out most of the time hence did not request for changing of rooms. I understood from the front desk staff that our rooms are eco-plan rooms and there will not be a daily housekeeping which was fine, except clean towels and water will be provided each day throughout our stay. However there were 2 days we were not given complimentary water. Nonetheless, this hotel has a very strategic location with transport, shopping and airport transfer in one place that attracts people to stay. I hope the hotel can do some refurbishment to the rooms if there’s an opportunity.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed given the reasonable price. Location is wonderful. A mere five minute walk from the Umeda ＜-＞ Kansai airport limousine terminal, surrounded by drug and beauty stores, electronics stores, Pokemon centre, Rilakumma (san-x) store, Disney store, all within 15 mins walking distance. Room is very well-maintained. Clean, I mean shiny clean every corner. I pay a lot of attention to the bathroom, mirror and the tub as it tells a lot about the hosuekeeping. This housekeeping here is excellent. It’s literally dustless even around the corner of the tables and the shelves in the bathroom. And as you can see, we even have an air purifier inside the room and it is very assuring. I left a request asking for slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste for kids and they were already in the room when I check-in. Though it was a Twins room that I booked, they attended to the details and prepared extra towels in the bathroom without me asking as they know we’re actually staying with 2 adults and 2 kids. Other amenities were self-served in the lobby, I grabbed what I needed and it was pretty rare that hotels offer individually packed hair wax which impressed me tremendously. Will Definitely choose this hotel again and I highly recommend it to others who are staying in Umeda Osaka. P.S. I didn’t have time to try to buffet breakfast but the small cafe at the lobby is great too.

Good and calm hotel to stay , different from the entrance , situated close to an arcade. Staff was good, and helped me with an early check in. If you arrive by train in Osaka, you may need to drag the bag from the station, easier to find the way coming from the streets and not the underground. But plenty of eateries around. Department stores close to Umeda station. Room had space for a big bag, comfy beds, some room amenitites, kettle, tea. Personnel amenities to be collected at the check in, that is the new eco trend in Japan. Mid-scale hotel, will consider for future travels.

The hotel is very modern and the staff speak English (it seems to be a lie but it is hard for someone to speak English in this country). This is great because we visit other places from here. The front desk is located on the eighth floor, and all the service staff I met were very polite. It was nice for us to go to the front desk to change change, replace room cards and even print documents. The room facilities look very European and dated, but they are well maintained and can be used well. It's close to the railway line, so it's a little noisy. However, it's not as close as 130 meters to the JR station. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk on the ground. It's not easy to find if you go underground. First, walk in the direction of Hilton and then go to Exit 6/30 to find it. Ten minutes or more, there are no restaurants around the hotel.

We were slightly late for checkout (checkout time was 11am). Hotel staff called us at 11:20 chasing us to checkout. and we responded that we would go to lobby for checkout in a few minutes. We could not imagine that hotel staff would come to our room directly and chased us to checkout. After we opened the door he went right into our room wanting to take our luggages directly. I have visited Japan for more than a dozen times and this was the first ever time that hotel staff was so rude, and impolite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in Nishi Umeda, less than 700 meters southwest of JR Osaka Station. Exit from the Central South Exit of JR Osaka Station and walk to the ground level. Follow the Amap and follow the surface road to the west, then turn south. I recommend using Amap. Google’s signal is really poor indoors or underground. The front desk of the hotel only speaks English with a Japanese accent, and the room is very nice. The bedroom area is relatively small but fully functional. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. Disposable toothbrushes and other items are available for free at the front desk.

I'm a fan of Tadao Ando, but I stayed here just because it was a hotel in a building designed by Tadao Ando. It's not a big hotel. I just went and understood, but the wedding is like a hotel. Tourists are OK at all, but it seems that there are many wedding-related guests. I'm convinced that the guest rooms have a taste that women seem to like. ◆ Customer service: I don't feel used to it because there are many young people, but they are very kind. However, if you are used to the customer service of a luxury hotel, you may feel unreliable (?), But let's feel young 々 and first 々. Although it is kind, allergy information was not linked to the restaurant even though I declared ２ degrees in advance and at check-in (it is good because it is only good to avoid the ingredients without permission). ◆ Location: It's a short walk from the station, so it's hard in summer or midwinter. It's along the main street, so it might be easy to come by car. ◆ Room: It's large for the price, and the night view is really wonderful with a balcony! I think the amenities were abundant and the quality was good. The bathrobe was also solid. I wonder if the air conditioning was a little noisy. Also, the interior is frankly a little love hotel. ◆ Restaurant: The ceiling was high and open. It was good to be particular about the ingredients. The customer service is good, and there is a sommelier. Wine is also quite a selection. It's just a hotel restaurant, so it feels expensive. ◆ Cospa: 4.4 It was a dinner and morning course at 10,000, but I think this service is quite good at this location. If it is a famous hotel near the station, you can take this much for the room fee, so sweat. Recommended if you want to stay in a large room with a stylish feeling with an emphasis on night view. It's not a large hotel, so it doesn't feel crowded.
