Excellent value for money! The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, very close to Nihonbashi subway station and the Dotonbori-Shinsaibashi pedestrian street. The staff are friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offers a great variety. The room's decor and layout are aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities you could need are provided!

This hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located, surrounded by the city hall and a park, perfect for an evening stroll. The front desk staff provided excellent service, communicating clearly and offering warm, attentive assistance. The amenities on the third floor were very comprehensive, especially the toiletries and bath salts. The room was clean and more spacious than other hotels in Kyoto at a similar price point, making for a very comfortable stay. It's just one subway stop away from the Umeda shopping district. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next trip.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist us with our requests and questions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of travel and activities. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring that the room was tidy and fresh. We also appreciated the complete amenities provided, which made our stay more convenient and relaxing

The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Kitahama and Yodoyabashi, making it very convenient to travel to Kobe or Kyoto. Although the room is small, it's very clean and well-designed. The lobby on the first floor offers self-service amenities like facial cleanser, sunscreen, toothbrushes, and tea bags. Across from the hotel, there's a fantastic Indian restaurant – the first time I've had Indian food that didn't upset my stomach! A short walk away, there's a Sushinosuke izakaya where two sushi pieces cost just 330 JPY, which is a great deal.

The location is fantastic! It's a one-minute walk to Takashimaya and right across from OIOI. There's a FamilyMart downstairs, and you can reach two drugstores in just 30 seconds. This hotel's location is incredibly convenient.
