The property is quite old and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The room was spacious. No wifi in room, only at the lobby. The top floor open-air Onsen is excellent. The buffet is superb both dinner and breakfast especially for the price I paid. After checking out, they even have a shuttle brought only me to the train station.

Naruko Station is about a five-minute walk away, though you have to climb a small slope. The breakfast and dinner buffets are plentiful, and there are several onsen (hot spring) options. I previously stayed at a high-end hotel in Toi, which guarantees quality; the hotel even included a complimentary visit to the public sulfur spring across the street – definitely worth trying.
