This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

During our four-night stay at this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were exceptional, particularly the comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. While the location is somewhat distant from downtown Orlando, we did not find this inconvenience to be significant. We had breakfast daily for four consecutive days, and the menu remained consistent throughout our stay. While we would appreciate the opportunity for a slight variation, such as scrambled eggs prepared with a sunny-side-up option, we did not encounter any major issues with the breakfast service. Apart from these minor observations, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Orlando, Florida.

I have stayed in the best value for money hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I go to Orlando to Disney. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has free breakfast and dinner, and the swimming pool is also heated. The shuttle bus is a model hotel. There are many choices of shuttle buses to and from Disney parks. We even had two shuttle buses at 10:10 pm on our last day after playing Epcot, just so that everyone could sit back at the hotel. Although the room does not provide free bottled water, there is a water bar on the first floor where you can get hot water and coffee at any time, which is also very convenient. The only drawback is that the shower head needs to be updated. Now it is a booster head. In fact, the update will improve the favorability by more than a little. There are not many breakfast options. I really can't eat it after eating it for a few days.

The service is nice and the reception is always trying to provide us good service when we needed. The shuttle service is good. I worried a little before I checked in when reading the reviews about it, but it was better than expected. We took the shuttle everyday and we could always got it. Sometimes the buses came later, but only few minutes difference. The improvement could be made is the instruction for the shuttle service could be clearer. It is difficult to find the right pick-spot in Disney Spring. The room is old but other facilities are nice. The location is nice, very close to restaurants.

Very clean hotel, great location to Disney parks

The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean. The whole place was renovated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very quiet atmosphere and affordable. Close to all theme parks. Everyone in the family felt like they could have their own space, and we even had a cute balcony. The master bedroom had a bath/jacuzzi. Would definitely book here again. I recommend it to anybody traveling in a large group and looking for a residential complex type of feel.

We happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel. If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice. There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles. The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) is 1) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. 2) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊

At this price, the newness and cleanliness of the facilities are what Japanese people like. I stayed for 3 nights, and although I couldn't get a bottled water in the room after the first day, there was a water dispenser in the gym on the first floor. Since it is not directly managed by Disney, there is a shuttle bus, but it is not at the best time (after opening time) and there is only one bus per day, so I used Uber instead.

The hotel has just been renovated. The facilities are very new and some parts are still in the running-in period. The room is beautiful but still has some decoration smell. The lobby staff are very enthusiastic and there is a free shuttle to various parks in Disney. You need to swipe your room card to enter the elevator, which is very safe.

The room was cleaner than I expected, even though it is a 3 star hotel. Location wise is good, have free transportation to Disney land and universal studio. We bought our room with breakfast, breakfast was okay, reasonable. And there is an arcade for kids to play and there is even a pool table that my friends and I had a great time. The swimming pool was wonderful and it was peaceful in the morning.
