They located very close to the central train station of Oslo, has very nice front desk officers. They provide towels, shampoos and body washes. They have heat warmer for used towels for reusing. The facilities are relatively old which some of the facilities are aged.

My husband was suffering back pain during the trip. I was trying to request a firm mattress with the reception. The beautiful lady in the reception responded with a very kind and quick response and contacted the house keeping.When I was back to hotel, the house keeping already found a solution to solve the problem and left a kind message as below. I would like to thank them for their help.

Very convenient location - 4 minutes from central station and within 30 minutes walk from much of the attractions. Room spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is excellent. Its tall, prominent sign is visible right outside the central train station. Just cross the pedestrian bridge, go down the steps on the other side, and you're there – it's incredibly convenient! Getting around is also very easy; most city center attractions are within walking distance, or you can purchase a day pass for around 130+ Norwegian Krone. The room was spacious and clean. An important tip: don't remove the drinks from the mini-bar fridge, as it has sensors. There are three empty slots available for your own beverages! As for breakfast, it's quite rare for Norwegian hotels not to offer salmon (all my previous accommodations did, with some even having foie gras), so in comparison, the breakfast here felt a bit lacking. I didn't encounter any of the negative issues mentioned in other reviews. Highly recommended!

Good location and amenities, just besides the Train station. Within walking distance to shopping areas and attractions. Breakfast is good but limited selections.

Lovely stay in this hotel, very convenient by train from Oslo airport. Lots of shopping around the area. Walking distance from Oslo opera house for a nice morning walk 😍

Just can say awesome when we walked inside the room. It is great location, just a few minutes walking from bus station to the hotel, the hotel is clean and very nice with modern amenities. Worth for the price to stay there . Great view to look out of the city

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It was quite busy, and my room on a high floor offered a pleasant view. Summer sunsets in the Nordic countries are very late; I arrived at the hotel after a 6-hour train ride just in time to catch one. While the window couldn't be fully opened, I still enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset. Complimentary iced water was available on the ground floor, though it was removed after 10 PM. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was quite clean and a good size.

The room was spotless and quite comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, probably the most extensive we encountered during our Norway trip. Although check-in involved a bit of a wait, the staff were very friendly and proactively offered a late check-out. Its location, just behind Oslo Central Station, was extremely convenient.

The environment was pleasant, and transportation was also very convenient.

The location is great. The room is clean and spacious. It also has an abundance choices for breakfast. Highly recommended!!
