The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, but be aware there's a significant uphill climb, and no direct public transport. Also, there was road construction right outside the entrance, so if you follow Google Maps, there's a chance you might hit a dead end and have to take a detour.

The room’s quite spacious for a solo traveler and you basically have everything you’ll need there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They make sure there’s a member of staff at the reception 24/7 so in case you arrive late or need help in late night they’ve got you covered. Location’s super convenient as well, you can get to major attractions within 15-20mins walk.

The hotel is located near the Storgata light rail station and Oslo S station, making its location and transportation very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious enough, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any noise even with construction going on outside. The curtains were very effective, allowing me to sleep past 8 AM without being woken by the light. Overall, it was a great stay.

The shower was nice and hot, which made it very comfortable. The bed was also soft and comfortable.

WARNING! Forced entry into room + discrimination against foreign guests + collective fraud by management. Around 10:30 AM on July 2nd, I was resting on the bed in my room when a hotel employee, without introducing themselves, identifying themselves, or obtaining my permission, directly used a master key card to open the door and forcibly entered! This is a severe violation of guest privacy and safety. What's even more outrageous is the arrogance and deceit of the hotel management: Discrimination against foreign guests, blindly biased: When I confronted the supervisor, and the employee involved tried to explain, the supervisor actually gestured for the employee to "calm down/shut up." Without verifying the facts and claiming there was "no surveillance in the hallway," the supervisor then arrogantly told me, "My employee said she identified herself, so I definitely believe her." Completely disregarding the psychological trauma of the consumer. Maliciously providing a "dead mailbox" for fraud: To get rid of me, the supervisor reluctantly gave me the manager's business card. As a result, when I sent an email, the system automatically replied: the manager is on an extended leave until August 24th! The supervisor knew the manager was away for a long time but deliberately used an invalid email address to deceive a foreign guest into leaving.

The room was just okay. I really disliked the bright red curtains; they felt quite basic. The table inside seemed flimsy, like it couldn't hold anything heavy. I booked a room with breakfast included, but it turns out it wasn't a proper breakfast—just a sandwich, yogurt, or coffee from the front desk. The prices here are shocking; a cup of coffee is 55, a banana is 15, a yogurt is 59, and a sandwich is around 100. A simple breakfast can easily cost several hundred. Norway's prices really make you hesitant to spend money. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the train station and close to a shopping mall. However, if you're pulling a big suitcase, getting to the hotel involves walking up a steep hill, which is quite a struggle. The area around is also under construction and a bit messy. Overall, Oslo, Norway, was just very average.

This is a good express hotel, conveniently located for getting around. There's a small parking lot opposite where electric cars can park for free for a short while.

I know we torists can be a pain in the neck but receptionists need to be less abruped other wise fine

Great place to stay and location is just walkable to station and city center. Staff are also accommodating. Will definitely be back once I visit Oslo again.

The hotel located at the top of the hill , toke us a great effort to get there with a luggage from central station. The room I have without windows and the air is not fresh , I got very bad allergies during my stays.

The hotel environment is great, located in the city center making it very convenient to get to attractions. You can also store your luggage for the whole day for a small fee.
