1. The curtains don't close properly, so the room gets bright early in the morning. 2. The exhaust fan is very noisy, making it impossible to sleep. 3. The duvet is too narrow and doesn't cover well. 4. The faucet has no hot water, and the water pressure is very low. 5. The trash can in the bathroom won't open. 6. The toilet paper is terrible; it tears easily and automatically rips off sheet by sheet.

The hotel offers self check-in, and you can check in early if a room is available. The location is excellent, surrounded by shopping streets and very close to the train station. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Oslo in the future.

The room was a bit small for a quadruple, with bunk beds and a double bed, but it had everything we needed. It's affordable and located in downtown Oslo. There were a lot of Chinese people in the neighborhood, felt like a gathering of budget travelers, haha.

Perfect location within walking distance of central station which has a direct line to the airport. Many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance of the hotel. Self service check in and use at own risk luggage storage room.

Great room for the price. The room was quiet as far as no noise from surrounding rooms or corridor, so if street noise bothers you, don’t forget your earplugs and all is fine. Great location- easy to walk to city centre and central station. (Service score was average just because there was none as such. Room service kicks in every three nights, but that was the length of my stay so I have no experience of this and it’s a self serve check-in and checkout.)
