the room was so small and the toilet was outside of the room. but still it was good choice for solo travelers. but i don’t think the room is useful for 2 people because it was hard for me to move inside the room even for just 1 person.also it’s about a 45 min walking far away to city center. they have free coffee and water which are pretty good opportunities.

Really loved this hotel, the room was perfect and the location great near trams and the Neighbourhood was amazing with cafes and good restaurants. Next time I came to Oslo this will be my hotel.

The hotel didn't provide a hairdryer, and the room type was a bit different from what I booked. However, it was too late to go to the front desk to sort it out. There's luggage storage available, but it costs extra.

Location-wise, the cathedral is visible just to the right as you exit, about a 4-minute walk away. To the left, the Royal Palace is also about a 4-minute walk. Cleanliness: Also good. The room was a bit small, but the floor-to-ceiling window was nice. Didn't book breakfast, so nothing to report there.

Arrived in OSLO to be notified that our original hotel was unavailable as they had to host guests due to the Norwegian King's funeral. Booked Scandic Go Grensen at the last minute and was so glad they could accommodate us. The staff was very helpful as we had to reorganize our luggage porter service and had a few other administrative issues. It was very stressful situation but made so much better thanks to the 2 ladies at reception who were reassuring and helpful! Location was v good too, walking distance to central and shopping areas. Stones throw away from metro and tram. Rooms were sufficiently spacious.Will recommend!

Very convenient location, self check in but staff are around should you need help, very friendly staff too and happy to chat, useful washing room and water refill machines etc

The bathroom light is very dim, and the bedside lamp switch is broken. The hotel is advised to verify the condition of room equipment prior to check-in. Since I stayed for one night, I didn’t ask for change the room in evening. Moreover it's a self-service hotel, so staff are difficult to reach
