We stayed for 2 days to go see the Montmeló Grand Prix, it was well located, in a beautiful area. The indoor pool had water at a pleasant temperature. The only thing that seemed weak was the soundproofing of the rooms, I heard the sounds from the next room clearly.

The most amazing resort we have stayed in until now even though we have stayed in the most luxurious resorts in the world. I easily give it 5 stars, especially in terms of the exceptional customer service by all the staff and especially Christina. The resort and the lobby are very beautiful and the check-in was very smooth. Our lovely room had great amenities, an amazing view and a very comfortable bed as well as a lovely bathtub with hot water. While, the spa & indoor swimming pool were also amazing. The buffet breakfast was truly delicious and so was the fantastic buffet dinner. Yet what mattered the most is that all the amazing staff at the hotel are very professional and have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they are always smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay truly memorable. Thank you very much to everyone for such an amazing stay at your wonderful hotel and we are already counting the days to be back. Cheers

Relaxing, interesting. The food was delicious. The room was very tidy, warm and clean. Recepcionist very kind and polite. The swimming pool could be better, there could be more signals. I like the forniture style of the room, the terrace, the restaurant. I could enjoy from outdors activities

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, a very welcoming and attentive staff. Definitely made me want to come back next time I have a chance. It wasn't the right period to enjoy all the facilities but then I was here for work and wouldn't have had much time anyway. In the clear open sky out on top I did enjoy that meteor shower day, which I'd have probably missed in the city where I leave.

the Hotel is nice good location but the receptionist are very bad only 1 lady is profesional, my first day I arrived 10 pm and the room air-condition didnt work the man suggested I open the window and I insist change room! he did, another time put me in a room next to a dog and he barked at night woke me up? another week I was in the station called to ask fo a taxi to pick me up they said they dont do taxi services but I have a reservation he said he will tried called like 5 times and he said one taxi in 40 minutes at the end I called people I had to meet in clinic they sent the taxi, another week I asked for room far from dogs, and with air-condition they put me I a room oposite to dogs barked.? and the internet didn't work 1 the restaurant is very good good menu I eaten there lunch and dinner, the spa and pool underneath is great fantastic. the place is beautiful. hotel clean!!

I arrive in station from Barcelona sants to bantya station air 2 pm and there was no taxi call the hotel to send me one and the receptionist told me they dont have taxi services?? I said have a reservation and he said he will try??? I then he cut off I called again and he said all hotel taxis were busy til 3 pm? I said send me from a taxi company please as I had an appointment at 3pm!! he cut off again and I called 4 times then I call the clinic next door to hotel where I had an appointment and they sent a taxi!! this is really very bad service.!! apart from it the hotel is nice I had dinner buffet and was delicious and room is big an clean, and the air-condition work!!

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, but too expensive: there should be more options at the same time.
Thanks to have a coffe table from 6 to 8h.
Baskets needed in rooms.

Everything is very Nic, I love the location on top the mountain ridge line. Checking went smoothly, breakfast is delicious with enough choice. Definitely a nice place to recommend and return to.
