Right on the beach, great room view. Right across street from a boardwalk. Kitchenette basic but is all you need. Couldn't see bathroom sink area bc bulb burnt out, but window in bathroom provided some light. After office hrs. check in was easy and owner texted wme instructions. Will stay again;)

No facial tissue, wash cloths, air conditioner high on the wall and difficult to see and operate, noisy neighbour outside after quiet time of 10 o’clock. Ok but not perfect !

The property wasn’t horrible, it’s just in need of some Renovation and refresh. The price is bonkers, book direct instead of ******* as ******* upsold me $90

The room was very clean and a good setup. The water temperature fluctuates alot (I assume related to others in the building using it) but the pressure was decent. The beach is very nice and the staff were wonderful!

Amazing place, stayed with the family for two nights, had a pleasant and enjoyable time. Super recommended place.
