"We booked five cabins for a week-long family vacation. Everyone, especially the kids, had a blast. However, cabins were not clean on arrival. Food left in cabinets, sand on beds, dirty socks and food under bunks/futon, **** found in one of the cabins (with kids). One cabin didn’t even have a working oven. No wifi (for those who needed to work) or cable, less than friendly office staff. One hot tub at the pools was closed most of our stay. We were also disappointed in learning that some of the amenities that are listed on the website are no longer available. One cabin in our group used to have a hot tub (at a up charge) that was no longer available, however they would not change the price to reflect that. In speaking with several seasonal folks, the establishment has unfortunately gone up in price but the experience has gone downhill since the new management took over. We asked to speak with a manager at one point and we were told there wasn’t one on site and we would have to call back in a week or two. Weird. Unfortunately we will not be back."
