Hotel Mercure Oostende Reviews

The hotel is located one tram stop or 15 min walking from the Oostende train station. It is very close to the ****** and the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a little pricey /9 I had breakfast elsewhere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay which is quite affordable.

Good hotel with parking nearby. The sea is close, and breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The pillows need to be replaced; some are far too hard, and the filling of the second pillow is worn out.

This is our second time staying here, and it has everything you need. It's very clean and the bed is comfortable. Plus, it's in a prime location.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Fantastic value for money.

We booked a standard room, which put us in the back of the side building. Next time, we'll need to book a superior room for a better view.

Good hotel. I've stayed at Hotel Mercure 3 times. Once in Blankenberge using a Bongo voucher booking. And twice in Ostend, where I was very satisfied. One tip I'd like to offer: please check the refilling of the soap dispensers in the showers. In Blankenberge, they were empty on the second day, and the same in Ostend. Other than that, TOP!

Clean hotel, well-located and close to everything, with a welcoming and attentive staff. They gave us exactly the room we requested.

Everything is ok. The only minor drawback is that breakfast is in a room without windows.

Was een heel leuke kamer. Wij vonden het ook leuk omdat we een kamer lager hebben bijgeboekt deze naast de 1st geboekte kamer lag
