Hotel Mercure Oostende
"Everything is ok. The only minor drawback is that breakfast is in a room without windows."
Leopold Hotel Ostend
"Great location. Friendly staff. Smooth check-in & check-out. Parking is a bit tricky as the hotel has an underground car park nearby with only 8 parking spaces. Breakfast is great."
The Ostendian
"I stayed for 3 nights on a short break. The hotel was fabulous and very close to Ostend Railway Station. The room was superb. It had a Nespresso machine, kettle, Iron and Ironing board. There was a small fridge and the hotel had complimentary bottled water. There was a large TV screen with a decent list of channels and also a Roberts radio in the room. There was a safe in the room. I had a seperate WC and a shower/ bathroom. I also had a small balcony with a couple of chairs. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a wide choice on offer including sausages, bacon and scrambled, fried or boiled eggs. This was a great place to stay and I would have no hesitation in returning here."
Hotel Albert II Oostende
"Very basic hotel fantastic location very clean breakfast badic ham cheeses etc bacon egg but was cold my room was ok asked for disabled room which i got you cant get a wheelchair in the shower nice double bed comfy but need another quilt if the heating is off strange hotel when you arrive you have to get to reception on first floor in the lift went here on a trip with goldcrest holiday my sink in bathroom was blocked i would stay here again"
Hotel Cocoon
"Hotel not far from the beach Classic Room. We had the rags still left in our bathroom from the cleaning ladies, I think. Quite a few cracks and holes in the ceiling, and it was extremely noisy, hearing every neighbor's voice."
Hotel Bero
"Staff attentive to your needs. Spacious eco room but a little cool? (we were provided with an additional blanket) Varied lunch with fresh fruit. Fitness, hammam, infrared, sauna at the top. Pool too cold and too small for the number of customers. Overall, nice stay. I'll be back"
Hotel & Wellness Royal Astrid
C-Hotels Burlington
"Had the pleasure of a two night stay and arrived late was worried needn’t have the professional on the desk soon booked me in . The room was small but beautifully decorated and spotless the facilities air con shower fridge etc were very good I couldn’t work the tea maker but probably my fault being a Luddite from Bolton. All in all a great stay would I stay again definitely but would book direct with the hotel to ensure I got the breakfast."
Hotel Pacific
"Very poor, the room is small!"

"An unforgettable night in Studio 102, where the salt and the elevator noise lasted all night. Unacceptable... the worst part is that, for the management, everything is fake!!"
Hotel Ter Streep
"Excellent location and a great breakfast buffet. The equipment has come somewhat in the years."
Alpha Hotel
"Great hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service. Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble. Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast."
Ostend Hotel
"Awful hotel, rooms really small, no kettle in room, staff not at all helpful, everything seems too much trouble for them, food for breakfast very basic, side plate size plates for your breakfast, could not book restuarant for evening meal as they said they were fully booked (they had 14 people booked and thats all they could cope with) would not use this hotel again"
Hotel Prado
"What an incredible experience : I arrived around 23:00, looking for a room and not sure I would find one at that time of day. Marc was much more than helpful : after taking care of my luggage and telling me how to best use my room access card (separating it from from the paper card he gave me), he even explained to me where I could find food at that time of day in Oostende. What a warm, friendly and professional service : thank you, Marc, I felt at home."
Villa les Paquerettes
"Location of this B&B is good, easy walking distance to the beachfront and to the center of town. The place doesn't offer parking, but can give you tips when and where to park. We spent quite some time trying to find street parking, and managed in the end, but it took some effort. Not the responsibility of the B&B to offer parking, but something to be aware of. Timing can be important in finding parking (Saturday afternoon turned out to be a poor choice of arriving). We were welcomed with a cup of coffee and a nice chat with the owner, a very good first impression and start of the stay. Our room/studio was at the top floor. The stairs are typical Dutch/Flemish steep and narrow. Not a problem for us, but another thing to be aware of, especially if you have heavy or bulky luggage. The room was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. It also had a terrace with a nice view over the rooftops. Breakfast was excellent, freshly made and served every day by the owner. He also explained what everything was and where it was sourced, which added a nice touch. The owner also gave us tips of what to do and see in the area, and there is also a host of information in the common room of the B&B. Overall a very nice stay, and definitely recommended."
Hotel Monarc
"As numerous others have mentioned, the hotel is still being worked on. The bar area, which doubles up as a reception is lovely. Nice seats and a good number of different drinks behind the bar. Staff were polite and welcoming. The rooms were nice and modern - they had clearly been refurbished. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. No tea and coffee, which was frustrating. Breakfast was average - nothing to write home about. It is in the basement which is a bit dreary. The location is good. Not on the beach, but very close. The building itself was a bit dull and dim. I suspect it will look a lot better once the renovations are done. I would be tempted to give this hotel another chance once the renovations are complete."
