Large single room halfway between train station and old town centre (15 min walk). Very friendly and informative staff. Trams outside on main road not a problem for us. Bed was squeeky and a little to firm. But overall a very good stay. Thanks. 

Small hotel caught in between the train station and city center. Therefore the location is not ideal. Also a bit of walk to the tram stop. Supermarket (that I was able to spot) is one stop away.

Facilities: While renovated, the hotel lacks user-friendly features. Details like insufficient hot water and a lack of outlets near the bedside could be improved. Cleanliness: Okay, but the quilt and towels were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Environment: Conveniently located near the train station. Service: Breakfast options are limited.

Facilities: The fragrance in the room is a bit smelly, but not very strong. The room is hygienic and clean. Service: The boss is very enthusiastic and will ask you where you are from It is about 1.8 kilometers from the hotel to the city center, and it is also very close to walk there. There is a tram right in front of the hotel.

I don't know how the experience is because I can't refund the order, just to earn points

The boss is very nice, the hotel is clean, and the price is not bad. The breakfast is a bit simple, but overall it is good. I will come here again next time I come to Ostrava! ! Ha ha ha ha

The hotel location was very convenient to the city center. The staff was friendly. And it was great to be able to use the free parking. I plan to use it again when I go on a business trip to the Czech Republic.

The room is small but the owner is very nice

The room is rather small and very simply equipped. The bathroom is fine, without any luxury. The staff at the reception is friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very classical but fine. No problem for a one-night stay.

Room 310 was infested with little black insects. Took them 2 days to kill them. I do not expect such disgusting conditions in a hotel room. I have been here previously and no life then. I was forced to sleep on the settee away from insects. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I don't normally write reviews, however in this case, because the hotel has undergone what appears to be a major refit, previous reviews could be misleading. Thus, many rooms are now freshly painted, with new fittings, including bathrooms. I did not see every room, but in passing when rooms were being cleaned, they always had new cupboards, painting etc. In addition, I had a room facing the street from the main railway station. Previously, these were reviews as noisy. My room, at least, had new windows that muted street sounds. Overall, I can confirm previous reviews about staff friendliness and willingness to help.

A wonderful welcoming hotel. The Receptionist is kind helpful perfect. How nice to be shown to your room. The whole team at this hotel are wonderful. The room , a Junior Suite was superb. Very clean. Breakfast excellent. Located very close to a tram stop. Not far from the main rail station. Accessible entrance through the car park. Good sized secure car park. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Highly recommended.
