"The stay was good. The location is quite away from main train/bus station and from Masarykovo náměstí. With tram 13, you can come quite close to the hotel. The room was quite good, but building a bit old. Area surrounding the hotel: not that many supermarkets and restaurants in close vicinity, but if you walk a bit you can find some restaurants cheap and with good food. Surrounding area mainly Czech speaking, but friendly with foreigners and communication possible with Google translate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: good."

But that’s not all: upon arrival we were told that all wellness facilities are shut down: no whirlpool, no gym, no sauna. The advertising pictures for this facilities were still online on the hotel website. The hotel reception was more than unfriendly after complaints, the hotel manager was not available. Customer service in this hotel is more than poor!"
