Very good location and breakfast - good selection of fish and one of the best omelet which i ever eat. Big rooms. Nice swimming pool and 2 jcauzzis. Big conference room. Hotel staff specially in reception is very nice and helpful. Hotel is located close to the highway.

Stayed at the Willa Port for a couple of nights away with work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We’d arrived there via hire car from Gdansk airport which took around 90minutes. Ostroda does have a train station and one of our group had arrived this way. The hotel is a pleasant space and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. The lift up to the upper floors provides a lovely view over the lake. My room was away from the lake view but was spacious and had balconies. I didn’t have a bath but the shower was exceptionally powerful. I slept very well on both nights. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was Italian themed on the first night and enjoyed a pleasant meal overlooking the lake. I enjoyed tuna steak. It was off-season, relatively quiet and we noted that things tend to close a bit early. The breakfast was a sizeable buffet with a decent selection of different options including some I didn’t recognise. The hotel literature was mainly Polish, though there were some English menus and the staff spoke English well. I didn’t use the Spa or gym but information was provided into its numerous services. I did take exercise by walking around the lake on the nearby walking / cycling path which was popular with many people. The area surrounding the hotel is nice and we found a load of things within a short walking distance including the Castle, town hall, amphitheatre and water park. If it had been a leisure stay I would have hired a bike to get around the whole lake as the prices looked very reasonable. Certainly a place I’d like to visit again.

Good experience. Great hotel with a beautiful view. Very good breakfast .The room very confortable and great size . Very clean. Very friend staff . Amazing commodations . A good swimming pool. Calm atmosphera.

Excellent place for a business meeting. Great cuisine. Rooms with view on a lake. Placed between Warsaw and Tricity, nearby S7 lane. If you are looking for a weekend brake or place for an unobvious business meeting, highly recommended!

An excellent hotel, the room was a good size, good facilities and clean… a very good breakfast choice , the restaurant menu was ok, I am not a fan of Italian food, but the service was VERY good , I recommended this hotel

The negative points: Towels are old The bathrobe smells of massage oil No hair cover for the shower Refrigerator is empty The kettle is full of tartar The coffee machine does not have its coffee shelves TV only has Polish programs TV doesn't have Netflix Breakfast is until 9:30 am while we are on vacation The spa prefers to be paid at the spa and not on the hotel bill. The apartment is cold There is no water pressure for the shower In short, all this is not worthy of a **** hotel The 2 positive points: The apartment is impeccable The staff is very professional

Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Lokalizacja super, wszedzie blisko. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uczynna. Posiłki pyszne. Pobyt bardzo udany. Pokoje bardzo duże i przestronne, internet dzialajacy bez żadnego problemu. Jak będzie możliwość to wrócę do tego hotelu.

L accueil est limite impoli. On a dit 2 fois Bonjour sans réponse … Pour un 5 étoiles c’est très surprenant! C’est un super hôtel, hyper bien situé, en face du lac, promenade à pied, au centre d’Ostróda. Je lui donnerai plutôt 4 étoiles à la place de 5 étoiles. La chambre est confortable.
