Masseria Ayroldi

We stayed at the Masseria for 6 nights. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, the guest rooms spacious, and the beds very comfortable. But it was the people and service that really stood out. Every member of the staff was courteous, pleasant and eager to please. Even the owner was gracious and friendly. Anna and Alessandro managed the front office and went above and beyond to be helpful. Whether it was a recommendation for a restaurant, sites to visit, a hair salon or laundry service, they were able to point us in the right direction. On the day of our departure, poor weather resulted in the cancellation of a ferry we had booked. Even though it was literally across the country, Alessandro jumped in to assist and organized alternate transportation. We are very glad we chose Masseria Ayroldi and highly recommend it.

Idyllic , relaxing , stunning location , a place to unwind and explore near by villages . The staff and family run Masseria was all we could ask for . Beautifully presented , scrupulous , interesting bedrooms , just loved it . Staff and family could not do enough and were always there to help or advise . Hopefully , will return one day .

Fabulous masseria set deep in the olive groves about 10 mins from stunning town of ostuni. The approach to the masseria through the olive groves is impressive. Huge green doors open to a beautiful whitewashed courtyard with big olive oil flagons, cactuses and ancient olive trees. Our room was in the original masseria with domed ceilings and a shuttered door and tiny window to keep out the heat. The staff are friendly and attentive. Their communication before we arrived checking our arrival time and offering to provide food in our room if we were late was very thoughtful. Breakfast is delightful with fruit, home backed cakes and local cured meats, cheeses and grilled vegetables. The pool is beautifully set out with a vine laden pergola all around it to provide shade and bar offering drinks and light lunches . We kept returning early to the masseria to enjoy the luxury of the pool area . We enjoyed dinner at the masseria 4 nights out of our 5 night stay. The food was excellent. They grow their own vegetables and make their own delicious olive oil. We particularly enjoyed the fun night of pizzica and panzerotti - local food and dancing which we were all encouraged to join in! Our hostess Deborah was very welcoming and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at the Masseria for a wedding like no other. Puglia is a stunning part of the world but this Masseria was spectacular from the friendly and professional staff (Roberta was a superstar as were the owners - so accommodating) to the gorgeous rooms. The rooms were perfectly equipped with lovely bathrooms and outside areas, the food was delicious and it was lovely to know how local it all was, the pool area is stunning - plenty of shade and delicious snacks all day long. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for making H&C's wedding the occasion they truly deserved and for creating such a wonderful place to stay.

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our experience at Masseria Ayroldi was. Back in March 2023 we made the trip from London to Puglia to check out wedding venues. We had five on our shortlist; Masseria Ayroldi was the first venue we saw. We fell in love immediately. Despite checking out the other venues, which were all beautiful, none compared to Ayroldi so without hesitation we secured our June 2024 dates. The venue itself is faultless. The owners have taken great care over eight years to build and restore something truly spectacular. The food is fresh, grown on site or baked by the staff. Breakfast has all the options you could wish for including a variety of eggs, fruit, yogurt, baked cakes, croissants and more. The staff were so accommodating across the three days our wedding party were on site; catering to our needs with the biggest smiles and going the extra mile to make dinners, pool parties, and drinks by the pool bar even more special. Even taking time to look after baby Thea (three months old) so her parents could eat some breakfast together. Every one of our guests commented on the beauty of the Masseria and the friendliness of the staff. My husband and I cannot recommend Masseria Ayroldi enough. I actually cried when I had to say goodbye. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing!! After visiting no less than a dozen Masserias within Puglia we chose Ayroldi as it was a beautiful venue and due to how accommodating Giuseppe and Deborah were with regard to the wedding we wanted to host. We stayed at the venue with our wedding party for 4 days and the attention to detail and the service provided by all was exceptional. Everyone at Ayroldi went above and beyond our expectations and made the event a truly incredible and unforgettable experience. A huge thanks to Giuseppe, Deborah, Alessandro, Anna and Roberta! I would highly recommend Ayroldi for a holiday or a wedding venue.
