A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is located off the beaten track but is a great base for nearby attractions: Oświęcim, Energylandia, Wadowice and Kęty. Great staff and very good amenities on site: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurant, cozy large rooms and a tasty breakfast for dessert.

We drove in late. One of the rooms had a sun terrace. Too bad it was raining and cold. It would have been a great treat had the sun been shining. Staff is very friendly and speaks English. We had dinner at the casual restaurant. We had the grilled chicken fillet and a hamburger. Both were good.

We visit Molo every summer for swimming and winter for ice skating. This review will be focused on outdoor swimming pool which we really love. Beautiful views, very clean , big slide and paddling pool for little kids as well. The prices are not cheap but reasonable for Polish market. Food is excellent and unpaid parking is a bonus, but yes it is so popular that it can get very crowded so the best is to arrive early

I had an excellent experience here at Molo resort. The restaurant offers homemade and tasty dishes for an affordable price. The resort includes a swimming-pool, a spa, and a jacuzzi. After dinner, you can have some drinks at the bar and play snooker and bowling. The atmosphere is relaxing after a day at Energylandia

"Special place for you", those where the exact words when we arrived there, with a 2 months in advance pre-booked parcel (blue zone) and 50% payment. We had arrived quite late and tired and didn't had the chance (and even consider a scam) to check the change of "parcel" that they've made to us due to "a competition on the lake and we are fully" (but "fully" should included us, because WE HAVE PAYED IN ADVANCE AND HAD A RESERVATION). Keep in mind that we have booked and pay 50% (even if on their papers it's says that the parcels shouldn't be pay in advance, they still request to charge in advance), but enough with the words.. here are the photos. It was our first contact with Poland, as you can imagine how we've left the country :) Definitely NOT recommend the staff and services, very unprofessional, rigid and not customer oriented. To prevent any possible fake reply: We didn't had any refunds for the first night when we stayed in that "jungle". They just let us pick a parcel within the main camping following day when we get there with big complains forall of this, still finding excuses that there was a competition. Irreal.

I was in the region on business. The surroundings and the hotel are very beautiful. The hotel is currently undergoing further expansion. The room was very clean, and the staff and reception were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. There's a restaurant and a bar, and in the summer, there are certainly plenty of opportunities for activities on and around the water. I'd be happy to return.

Everything seems to be ok, nice location, good food, lots of space, clean... but unfortunately you can't come with your four-legged friend. The whole world has the option of staying with pets in 80%, but unfortunately not with us. That's why I'm crossing out this hotel.
