Great place to stay right on a ski run with ski in facilities.. It’s also quite close to bars and restaurants. The only issue is the hotel advertises that all rooms have bathrooms - but that is not the case. A number of rooms don’t have a bath or a shower! We didn’t have one which came a real surprise and had to book a private bathroom three floors down for each morning. If you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room with a shower! In this day and age not having a shower in all rooms is really not three or even two star accommodation.

Very satisfied with the accommodation! If you take the bus yourself, you can ask the guesthouse to arrange a private car to pick you up from Tsugaike Kogen Bus stop (reservations can only be made by phone). The rooms are the same as in the photos, the rooms on the 2nd floor have bathrooms, but the rooms on the 3rd floor do not. The restaurant overlooks the ski resort, and there is free wine during happy hour and dinner. I've stayed in many other B&Bs and hotels that require additional fees. The outdoor hot spring is a bit small and will be crowded if there are more than 4 people. Highly recommended

Book a hotel half a month before departure, because you usually go to Hakuba half a year in advance, so the range of choices is very small. After searching until midnight every day, I finally settled on this one. There are several hotels in Tsugaike where you can ski in ski out, and Tower is one of them. The location is very convenient, just next to the primary road. However, the house is very old, and it is really tiring to carry luggage up and down the stairs manually. Over 2,000 per night, the hotel does not provide drinking water, and the bathroom cannot take a shower, so I have to go to the public bathhouse. I booked breakfast and dinner, but the food was so unpalatable that it’s hard to imagine that this is in Japan🇯🇵. The floor height is very low, and my husband tends to hit his head when entering and exiting the door. The room has a hanging air conditioner, which makes it a bit cold at night. The sofa in the room sank completely when I sat on it. All in all, it was a stretched and uncomfortable two nights. Fortunately, it was so fun to ski, which made up for the regrets of the hotel.

The hotel is located in Tsugaike Plateau. The room was clean and tidy. We stayed for two nights in a row. The breakfast and dinner were different on both days. Ski equipment can be stored in the hotel's dungeon. After putting on the dungeon, you can walk directly from the dungeon to the ski slopes, which is very convenient. .

實在不理解這種酒店怎麼在運營的。 衞生非常差：包括床邊的灰塵，固體顆粒垃圾，甚至馬桶圈下面的尿漬，讓我產生了心理陰影，感覺哪哪都臟 燈光設計巨差：點位不合理，燈光本身又偏暗，暗角非常多，整個空間悶熱壓抑，床頭燈帶還有嚴重屏閃 房間悶熱：室外凍成這個樣子了還要冷空調才能解決 裝修設計不合理：插座少，位置奇怪，還有不通電的。桌子本身不大，還要放一堆沒用的東西，沒法挪開，也沒個像樣的椅子，旁邊坐着不舒服。隔音幾乎沒有，門外紡布拖鞋在木地板上走路的聲音都一清二楚。 連東西都不好吃，一股預製味，感覺不新鮮。 廁所還沒排氣扇，洗面台前後縱深太窄，開水龍頭濺水，刷牙碰頭。 問題一大堆，號稱建築師設計的？這個建築師太水了吧，是日本的嗎？ 所以一堆的硬傷

The hotel is clean. There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage for skiing or snowboarding, be careful. The rooms are stylish and clean. The washroom and toilet are combined and not very large. The bathroom feels a little old. The restaurant and bath are clean, and there are places where you can get free coffee, which is great! The best thing about it is that all the staff are wonderful. That alone made my stay pleasant. Depending on the weather, you can see the stars very beautifully. I enjoyed the stargazing tour more than I expected. Also, you can go straight to the slopes from the parking lot, and you can also go to the lockers from the parking lot, so it's very convenient for skiing! I'm very satisfied.
