"Great location, one of the snow liner stops at Tsugaike, if you are taking that shuttle traveling direct from Narita airport. Also only few mins walk to the gondola station to hit the slopes. Friendly staff, discounted lift passes are available at the reception, cash only though. Highly recommended if you are staying at Tsugaike."

"I don't understand the bad reviews for the hotel. It's exactly as on the pictures and even as vegetarian we had no issues at the breakfast buffet! It's directly connected to the slopes and also has a ski rental shop (attention: they don't have goggles and gloves for rent). On the slopes you have a ski school too! So really perfect for a few days of skiing."
