Very small room and cleaning only once every 3 or 4 days. Not worth the price paying. Breakfast below average and coffee machine broken. If have choice, skip this hotel.

The hotel has very new and good Onsen on the first floor and can walk from Snow fall in to the Onsen Building

Great location, but the hotel facilities are just average. Parking is limited. The hot spring is in the adjacent building and features a large public bath.

It's quite close to the station, just a few hundred meters, so transportation is very convenient. It's also easy to get to Kawara Kawara and Niseko for skiing, as there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters away. The hotel offers free coffee, which is really nice.

Location is excellent, just a short walk from Otaru Station and the canal. Staff were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant experience. While it serves well for a short stay, It definite need improvements in amenities and cleanliness for those looking to spend more time in the room.

Very good location abt 5min walk from Otaru Station, near to Otaru Canal,  basically near to everything.staff is courteous and helpful. Only Wi-Fi signal very weak some unable to connect

The shower room is too small for even small size family members. The sink is so low that every time you brush teeth, it hurts my back.

Great location and a sauna! Very satisfied! The room rate included dinner for two!

Extremely satisfied! The location is excellent, and it's a huge bonus that there's a hot spring right next to the hotel.
