The room was compact but cleverly designed, featuring a table, chairs, a balcony, and a dedicated pantry area with a microwave and an electric kettle. The kettle is a huge plus for Asians, as I've never seen one in any other North American hotel. They also provide complimentary iced water in the fridge, which is great because at other hotels, we always bring our own bottled water since you can't be sure about the tap water quality everywhere. The best part, though, was their breakfast, which offered Canadian ham. After days of American bacon, I was pleasantly surprised by how fragrant and delicious the Canadian ham was!

We came early before our check-in time and got accommodated for an early check-in (without paying extra!) We just got lucky because there was an available room. Additionally, we were in awe with the hotel’s interior design alongside the conveniency of its location to tourist destinations that are a walking distance to the hotel. Nice architectural structures everywhere you go! 👍

Thank you for an excellent stay! We had adjoining rooms with our adult children so we could have privacy but still be together. Concierge was very friendly and welcoming. Full delicious breakfast in dining room included. Perfect location to sights, great restaurants and pubs. Check out Lucien and Brigid’s Well! So great and fun!

Simple but efficient gateway. Breakfast is good and the staff very kind. This time I used public transportation and I don't regret it. Very easy to commute with the train station.

I always book this hotel for our artists when they have visa interviews at the US Embassy, which is only 8 mins walk away. The hotel is also walk distance to the Orleans Express bus station, super convenient to travel to other cities (e.g.: Montréal, Toronto, Québec etc).

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. I loved the art throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great. We appreciated that check out is at noon. Will be staying here again on our next visit to Ottawa!
