There really isn't much to eat in Ouarzazate at night, but it's quite good to eat here. The hotel owners are very enthusiastic, introduce each dish in detail, and help you get hot water for tea; the swimming pool is very cold and there is no water, but it is very beautiful; at night Rest quietly, that’s it for the day before entering the desert.

Exquisite riad on the outskirts of Ouazazarte. The place was super-relaxing, with a very inviting outdoor space, complete with pool and dining tables and also a beautiful garden. The inside courtyard was tastefully appointed, with photo-worthy mosaic work. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable bed. And all the food was terrific.

A gem of a place oozing rustic authenticity and warmth. Top notch service, fabulous food and lovely chilled vibe. Comfortable rooms, good outside areas and the staff were truly excellent. Only downside was road noise when on the upstairs terrace but for a 3* rating you would be hard placed to find a better bolt hole for a night or two.

We were warmly welcomed and the room was very comfortable. Our pool was right near by the pool and we were sceptical that it might be loud, also because the hotel is located directly in front of the airport. But this was not the case and we slept soundly without noise disturbance. The bed was huge and has the right hardness and beautifully decorated. The pool area is also very beautiful, although it was too cold already for us to swim. Breakfast was also amazing, with delicious little pancakes were our favorite. Parking is "just" at the street, but they have a guard watching the entrance at night, who also watched the cars, so we felt safe leaving our car there. The service was outstanding, if we have the chance, would definitely come again :)

Just a perfect place to be! One cannot feel more at home. It has only a few rooms, so it is very familiar, and they have been able to create an atmosphere of silence which is so amazing! No noisy things happening there, guests chatting decently, just light background music at the pool and sometimes the sound of the water in the pool. What a treat! The staff you meet are two overwhelmingly friendly young lads who act like good spirits, they appear whenever you need them. Dinner was fantastic, breakfeast is lovely and varies a bit from day to day. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with cosy corners to sit and relax. All in all just bliss!

The Riad was a great place to spend the night before and after our tour to Merzouga desert. We had the 2 rooms upstairs. Both rooms were beautiful, air conditioned and comfortable. The tile work in the bathrooms was amazing too! The Riad has a cozy lobby and a nice pool area. The Staff from the receptionists to the night guide were professional and friendly. The breakfast that was included in our rate was a big variety of Moroccan pastries, breads, jams, fruits and yogurt, with fresh orange juice, coffee or tea. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Ouarzazate !

A lovely riadh in the outskirts of Ouarzazate. The common areas are beautifully decorated with art, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had all dinners at the the riad by the poolside and it was a pleasant surprise every evening.In July when it is 40 degrees in the shade the chilled and spacious pool was very refreshing. We left and unexpectedly returned and were welcomed back as family members. Really friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere! Highly recommended!

We used Le Petit Riad as our main base in Morocco, staying there at the beginning, halfway and at the end of our 14 day journey across Morocco. Karim, Fatima and the rest of the team made us feel at home and Le Petit Riad actually became our home away from home. Ouarzazate is a brilliant base from where to explore south-east Morocco and you couldn't wish a more welcoming and relaxing place to stay there than Le Petit Riad. The fact that Le Petit Riad is close to the airport is no reason for concern about noise. The airport doesn't see more than 1 or 2 planes per day. So if you are looking for peace and quiet close to Ouarzazate's city centre, Le Petit Riad is the place for you. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
