Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Nice cozy bar. Nice location. Highly likely to stay here again. My room (not in the main building) was a little tired but still perfectly acceptable and value for money.

Great weekend had here. Came down for mother in laws 60th Wonderful breakfast and grounds which the hotel Is set in, the 2 littlest ones of our group loved running round. Rooms clean and tidy, replenished what we needed and more. Very spacious. Only downside no fans in room but luckily I remembered to pack one. It was very warm and no breeze when opening the windows The Friday night there was an event on in the teepee and a big slide outside. The owner allowed us to go on as the girls were asking

I can’t praise them enough, so kind and accommodating, went above and beyond. When my mum ended up in hospital, they were so thoughtful and flexible. My dogs where also so welcome definitely dog friendly as opposed to dog tolerant. There’s Spacious grounds for them to wander around. Everything was clean and all of the bedding spotlessly clean, bed comfortable. Kettle in room. I chose the vegetarian breakfast very good, the plant sausage was very nice and tasty. Thank you Park Hill hotel

We stayed here for a night with our dog, we had a room that went straight out onto the gardens which was perfect for her, the rooms are tired and dated which is why I gave it a 4* The staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a little out of the way but that also means it’s nice and quiet.

I can't remember why we chose this hotel to break our journey to Wroxham but I'm glad we did. The first thing that hits you on arrival are the beautiful grounds. The kids spent a lovely afternoon playing on the lawn. Going inside it is immediately clear that this is a family run hotel and the staff gave us a super welcome. We were shown to our room where the towels and bedding were spotless. Evening meal in the bar was very pleasant. The food was home cooked and my omelette was one of the best I've ever been served. Everyone else's food was spot on. Next morning the full English breakfast was served hot to the table, perfectly cooked and plentiful. There are some reviews on this place that say the place needs a spruce up. If that's what you want go to premier or travel lodge where you'll get a brewers fayre dinner, breakfast of cardboard bacon under a heated light, bread sausage and a dry egg.

My husband booked this fir a few nights away to destress for us both, we arrived shortly after 3 and were really worried when we gave our name and we didn’t appear to be on their system! We booked through ***********, however the owner very quickly sorted it out and we were allocated room 16 which is in the adjoining annex bit, on first impressions I was really disappointed the room is very tired looking with a crack near the window , no wardrobe just a rail with 4 hangers on and in need of a good dust with cobwebs beside the bed,and even though it is august the room was really cold! They had a large function on that evening so we decided to head out to eat rather than at the hotel and had so many nearby places to choose from, on arriving back the function was in full swing but we were not disturbed at all, the bed was very comfortable however the room is large enough to accommodate a bigger bed and we felt the standard double left us on top of each other every time one of us rolled over, we were given our tea coffee making bag on check in however had to decide if we wanted a drink before bed or the next day as the bag included 2 tea bags 2 coffees one hot choc and just 2 pots of long life milk, the following day we went out and bought tea bags and a pint of milk to use in the room! Breakfast was actually really nice however with no menu it was really difficult to decide what to eat as I didn’t know what was on offer but the staff were all so friendly and helpful which really made up for any short falls, we are out for the three days that we stayed so can not comment on evening meals but we did have a sandwich in the bar area one evening following a large meal at lunchtime and that was lovely very well filled and served with a side salad. Overall Amenities lacking Rooms need updating Food lovely Staff super friendly which more than makes up for any shortfalls
