Excelente, todo correcto. Cama enorme para uno solo. Quizás la ducha algo escasa. Sin embargo todo correcto. Buena ubicación detrás de la catedral. Cercano a tiendas, transporte, bares y todo lo demás. Gracias por su hospitalidad

Muy bien situado, en centro de Oviedo, atención genial, el personal de recepción es encantador/a, la habitación está bien, es acojedora y espaciosa por lo menos la que me toco, se nota en el baño el paso de los años y la limpieza esta bien en general.

When the real luxury is the simplicity, local spirit and good service, nothing else matters. This four star hotel is a classic hotel in Oviedo. We are clients since many years ago and everytime we take a tour to that city we always choose it. The hotel is placed a few meters away from the gorgeous gothic Cathedral and the pedestrian city center, so the place cannot be better located. Quality price relation is excellent, staff is friendly and beds are comfortable and full of plugs to charge phones and computers. Choice for Breakfast is good and with a domestic flavour. We will keep on returning to this hotel.

Upon arrival to our room, we noticed it was stuffy and proceeded to adjust the temperature only to find that the AC to all rooms was not turned on "because it was not summer" according to the front desk clerk. We expressed our concern to the booking agent who immediately contacted the hotel with no response. On day 2, we stopped at the front desk again and were told to just open our window which we tried the night before resulting in loud street and pedestrian noise throughout the night. We asked for a fan and were told there were none. Again we contacted our booking agent after a sleepless night and again the hotel did not respond. on Day 2 we returned to the room to find the air on but at 10pm, the air was no longer active and the front desk indicated the air was automatically turned off at 10PM and he had no access to turn it on. The outside temperature had reached record highs in the 90's and we had another sleepless night. On day 3, we asked why the air was programmed to turn off at night and were told, "that is how we do it here"!! The AC was programmed by management and we asked to speak to the manager and were told she would call us. We never received a call and acknowledgment during our stay. Day 3 and 4 the AC was programmed to run from 5P to 12MN. We checked out on Day 5 with no apologies or accommodation to our final bill.

Un hotel que pide a gritos una reforma y que a duras penas alcanzaría hoy la calificación de 3 estrellas (sus 4 son difícilmente comprensibles). Las habitaciones individuales (al menos, la que me tocó a mí) poseen un mobiliario viejo y descuidado, francamente incómodo (imposible trabajar en ellas y con un aparato de climatización prehistórico que hacía un ruido insoportable) y el baño necesita una profunda renovación. El buffet de desayuno, de los menos lucidos que recuerdo, y un cero en accesibilidad: para llegar al ascensor que da a las habitaciones no hay una rampa para las maletas, que hay que cargar a pulso. Lo único positivo del hotel es su ubicación. Todo lo demás dista mucho de lo que se espera de un alojamiento mínimamente actualizado.

À fuir ! Très mauvaise expérience ! On se demande comment ils ont eu ne serait-ce qu’une étoile… je résume : Pas de toilettes ! Il faut actionner la chasse d’eau au moins 20 fois (sans exagérer) pour que la vidange soit complète ! Pas de douche ! Aucune pression, seul un tout petit filet d’eau passe à travers le mitigeur cassé (on a le choix uniquement entre eau glacée et eau bouillante). Donc douche impossible… Insonorisation des chambres nulle. On entend les ébats de la chambre voisine comme si on y était, et je ne parle pas des bruits de la rue. On a l’impression que la fenêtre est grande ouverte… Une lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas… Tout ceci semble tout à fait normal au réceptionniste qui se contente de nous dire qu’il est au courant. Pas de geste commercial, bien sûr, aucune excuse, bien sûr, En résumé, un établissement à fuir à toutes jambes…

Hotel muy céntrico, al lado del casco antiguo de Oviedo. Cerca de la catedral y del teatro Jovellanos. La habitación, súper amplia. Con un cuarto de baño ¡más grande que el de mi piso! Dos ascensores en funcionamiento. Atractivo, moderno y vistoso. Todo muy acogedor: desde el vestíbulo hasta los detalles de la habitación. Y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Hotel situado en el centro de Oviedo,es lo mejor del hotel. El resto muy regular,hay habitaciones reformadas q esas están mucho mejor,las habitaciones sin reformar, están mal,muy antiguo todo ,el baño mal,la ducha sin presión y difícil de graduar la temperatura,la cisterna funciona mal. Para acceder al ascensor hay que subir unas escaleras. Hay que reconocer que el precio está bien. No repetiría.
