For my taste, and the time we stayed, the rooms had too low a temperature. And despite my attempts to get some hot air out, I couldn't. A little noisy at night as the train tracks are at the back of the hotel

It's the best because it's located between Alsa Terminal and Renfe Station. Room 615 was even better because there was no carpet and you couldn't hear the train noise. Breakfast was also delicious.

The front desk guy is very friendly and likes Chinese very much!

The hotel rooms are very nice, spacious and bright. It is very close to the center of Oviedo and next to the city bus station. The hotel's front desk service is friendly and the bedding is comfortable.

Firstly the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! And that isn't the case in all hotels! We felt very welcome. We were even offered a kettle and hot drinks making stuff - without us having to ask! We were given good advice about where to eat in town. The underground carpark is easily accessed and easy to negotiate, once we knew where we were going! Lift access directly into the hotel. Our room was clean and very spacious. Plenty of storage space and everything that should be in a hotel room was there. Breakfast was very adequate, although I didn't sample the cooked food. The waiting staff were polite and very helpful. Access to the city was easy, and although I think we would be challenged to be able to walk to the cathedral in 10 minutes (as advertised somewhere!). Allow at least 15 minutes, plus a couple of hours "shopping time" on the way! The old parts of the city are interesting with little squares and occasional markets to be explored. What else is there to say? Very good value for money!

Surpass expectations of detail front desk customer satisfaction service. Our experience was A/C not cooling room. The front desk asked the maintenance specialist to check the room temperature, we asked for a fan they gave us a standing fan. The dinning room staff surpassed expectations, for a large group as we were 25 it was a buffet style, fresh foods, labeled. I recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel is dirty and loud, nothing like the pictures, it surprise me the quality if the reviews here. The carpet is dated with holes and dirty, the beds are old and falling apart and with bugs. It is located between the train station anthe bus station, next to a highway, the air conditioning is off for the bedrooms so you need to open the window and listen the traffic all night, they tell you in the front desk that you need to open the windows because the weather is nice! It is a terrible hotel.

Perfect base for exploring this beautiful city, located a stone’s throw from the railway station and overlooking the bus station. We were in room 614 and couldn’t hear a thing from the road below. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the spicy apple cake. Friendly and helpful receptionists. We’d be happy to come here again.

The hotel is very well located, centrally located, next to the train and bus station. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the reception and cleaning staff very attentive and professional. We were a group of 32 people who stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. There are only two things, both related to the hotel restaurant, that should be rated as negative. On the one hand, we ate at the hotel on the first day. Bad experience. They made a mistake with the dishes on the menu that we had previously agreed upon and it could not be resolved. The food was very weak. On the other hand, breakfast. The breakfast is a buffet and is very good. The problem is that the room is not very big and one of the days the room was quite full and the staff serving breakfast pressured us in a not very nice way to finish quickly and leave the room. This had never happened to me in any hotel. The hotel management apologized to us. It is appreciated.

My experience was negative because they told me that they did not have double beds available and since it was an anniversary trip, I was disappointed. The restaurant also does not have the availability to serve the number of people they are hosting and they are rushing those who are eating to leave. The attention from the staff is wonderful. At breakfast, Helena and Miguel are always friendly and welcoming, as well as attentive to help you. At reception, Luis is a polite and kind person who explains everything you don't know. The cleanliness of the rooms is magnificent. They are all very professional at this hotel and we will definitely return.
