The hotel has a new clean management. The service attitude of the staff is friendly. There are not many breakfast options, but it is delicious. The hotel parking lot is too small and requires a reservation. I did not make a reservation, so I had to park the car outside the street. 

5 minutes walk from MEITETSU Shin Seto Station. There is only a hotel in Shin Seto. The price is 6000 yen for a single. There is a cheaper hotel in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is 800 yen and there are Japanese and Western foods, but if you want to drink coffee, you have no choice but to ask for Western food. Moreover, coffee is a procedure to ask after the meal is prepared, and it takes about 10 minutes after asking. A little sad hotel.

I will always use it once a month, but I am always impressed by providing a comfortable environment. We are scheduled to start next month from the 24th. I'm looking forward to it.

Very good, very satisfied. It is only one subway stop away from Nagoya Station (only three bus stops in front of the door). Very new, clean, and exactly the same style as his hotel chain in Tokyo. This store also has a public hot spring bath with excellent facilities. The bus I took arrived in Nagoya at 11 o'clock. I informed the front desk 5 hours in advance. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 and checked in smoothly. The service attitude of the front desk guy was very good and I highly recommend it.

Amazing glamping experience. Waking up from the aroma of wooden tent is simply a blast! Delicious breakfast. Superb bathroom, bedding and everything. We visited Ghibli park next to it in the second day. Only a 6-minute taxi ride!

The entrance of the hotel is difficult to understand, and there is a door of the groundless through the narrow road, so I was worried for a moment, ”Is it closed?” When I checked in, the woman took charge and explained very politely. Other word of mouth had a low evaluation of the staff, but would it change depending on the person ...? The amenities handed over by hand were the same as those distributed for free at a general hotel, but the pack of the mouth was for women. The night shirt was very easy to use with a separate thing up and down. Stayed in a sunflower room on the 3 floor but the room itself is very nice. The scenery was not enjoyable and it was dark. I felt a bit narrow but it was reasonable considering the price. However, the toilet was not flushed and it was stuffed and the feeling was bad, and the feeling became the cause of the worst hotel evaluation. (Please tell the cleaning staff in room 303) I was also confused by the mirroring of the TV, the way was complicated, I was going to see the movie in Amazon video, but I didn't succeed. I was able to go to the screen for iPhone, connect WiFi and choose TV ... I was watching YouTube without any choice, but the line was bad and it was not moving, and there was no screen and voice, and it was very misplaced. So I finally saw a movie on my phone. I think it's inconvenient for young children to use. Where is the microwave oven description? There was no description in the elevator, and when I went to the 5th floor to get ice, there was a microwave oven. It was a little shock because it was after finishing shopping. When I checked out, a man and a woman stood at the front desk and checked out to the woman. It was a pity that there was no morning greeting and smile. It seems that the rank as a hotel is low for the good death considering the price.

Good room service. Room makeup is clean and tidy. Restaurant provided fresh and good food quality with different varieties. Good view at restaurant during breakfast. Spa environment can always be kept clean and good hygiene. Some suggestions: usually full during breakfast time. Need to wait over 20 minutes. We came across 2 times during our stay in the hotel. We arrived at the restaurant before 9am, but need to wait to enter the restaurant at around 9:25am. However, food will stop to refill at 9:45am. Not much choices or food left behind for customers. Hotel should better improve such occasion by extending the breakfast time to entertain if too much customers. Next, the air purifier inside room was found with error to the filter light alarm, but room service did not fix it during our six days' stay in the hotel. However, the hotel worth to have full marks on average. Will recommend Hotel to our friends.

Housekeeping service is not provided on every 2nd day new towels and 2 bottles of water would be placed, which is good enough for my needs

Wifi is fast and the location is near nagoya station so its easy access everywhere. There’s a 24 hour sukiya round the block and lawson. They also have water so you dont need to buy bottled water all the time since im sensitive to tap water, i really appreciate them having it accessible to travellers and guest. For this alone, ill give it a 10 stars

I got off at Komaki station and looked for MEITETSU Komaki Hotel in the map around the station in the premises, but there was no! I thought, I looked around and found an elevator. The hotel was right above. Less 々 years are in, but you can relax in a large room.
