This 4-day experience was amazing! The bungalow was super comfortable, with a very nice and relaxing view. The food prepared by Martita was delicious: her homemade jam, bread, the chaufa and lomo saltado Altares were my favorites.! I am also thankful to Leslie who took care of our reservation, and to the “jack of all trades” Alexander, who took care of us during canopy experience very professionally and for anything else we needed during our stay. Highly recommended place!!!

Our experience at Los Altares was really incredible. It will be an experience I will remember forever! I really feel the best part of our time in Oxapampa was at the Club building at Los Altares. The view is amazing of the mountains, trees and birds, so many hummingbirds! The staff of Alexander, Marta, and Leslie are so friendly and attentive. Our bungalow was very comfortable and clean. The food prepared by chef Marta are 5 star, so delicious. My favorite, fried trout with garlic sauce!

Excelente atención e instalaciones de primera. Actividades de aventura dentro del hotel perfectas para chicos y grandes. Todo impecable, comida deliciosa, se respira ambiente de paz y tranquilidad. Guías muy capacitados que te permiten conocer más de especies de plantas y animales de la selva.

MALA EXPERIENCIA. Mi esposo y yo fuimos a este hospedaje por aniversario pensando que tendríamos una buena experiencia pero no fue así empezando por la atención poco amable de la señorita en recepción desde que llegamos, al llegar a la cabaña encontramos todo muy sucio , telas de araña por todas partes y la tapa del inodoro tenía manchas marrones o rojas, Cabellos en las sábanas. Dicen tener energía pero por horas no se pueden encender las luces de la habitación, ni para cargar los celulares, al igual que el wifi , pésimo, no se por que ofrecen wifi si no lo tienen solo sirve en recepción. Quisimos hacer uso de ciertos servicios como jacuzzi o sauna que por cierto TODO tiene un costo a parte. Queriendo cobrarnos 150 a cada uno y además avisar con 4 horas de anticipación mínima. Lo único bueno de este lugar fue la amabilidad del joven Keith quien realmente no se cual es su función pero hacía de todo un poco. Hasta en la cocina estaba. Realmente no vale la pena lo que cuesta. Hay mejores lugares por un precio más racional. Nos equivocamos lamentablemente al elegir este lugar. Dijeron que tendrían un detalle por nuestro aniversario con nosotros, nunca lo tuvimos. La atención al cliente es pésima y nada empatica. Tengan cuidado porque siempre están cambiando sus precios.

Me encanto el ambiente y que es un hotel Ecolodge!! Cuidando mucho al medio ambiente,el persona es amable y me dejaron ingresar a la habitación antes de la hora del check in !! 😃 Por otro lado fue lindo su mariposario 🦋 y tenían sus mascotas dando un toque familiar como pisco y kuki. En general lo recomiendo!!!

Pésima la atención de las señoritas recepcionistas en esta última visita al hotel, he venido en 3 oportunidades y todo bien, hasta esta última que regreso al hotel y encuentro nuevas recepcionistas. Déspotas, groseras y poco profesionales.

Lo máximo, me sentí muy bien acogida, las instalaciones, la atención, la comida, todo muy bien cuidado y cada detalle en su lugar, de verdad excelente experiencia y la recomendaría totalmente, salgo muy feliz y recargada de energía, ya deseo volver.
