Very spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Equipped with lift. Highly recommended.

Great location with a delicious breakfast/brunch place just next to it, helpful receptionist. Nice sized suites. Lifts up and down to the different floors are a bit slow though.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel for a week. The staff was very friendly and gave us tips. The location is perfect. We did think some things were more 4 star that a 5 star hotel. A door that doesn’t always properly close in the bathroom and a little larger bed for two persons would be better. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is central with very easy access from the bus station or a short walk from the train station. Plenty of food options in the vicinity. Room was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. I was also able to leave luggage after check out which was very helpful.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. However, it was expensive for what it offered. We booked a double deluxe room with windows, but the room was very small and had several broken features. The bedside lights were broken. The bathroom's extending mirror had broken hinges, and its light didn't work. The shower door was damaged and difficult to close, and the toilet was hard to flush.

Very friendly staff, they were welcoming. It’s in a really good location, right in the centre of town.

Excellent central location that I booked for a couple of nights for a reunion in Oxford. I was intending to spend much time in my room or the hotel, so it offered all that I needed.

Fantastic hotel with a perfect location. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms and hotel extremely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and lovely shower facilities. Note the hotel has no dining but there are excellent eateries and pubs in the same street. Have breakfast at OBB, well worth it and literally 2 doors away from hotel. Totally recommended you won’t be disappointed.
