It is our our first time to visit Kumamoto and I am so satisfied I chose this hotel. The room was so clean and spacious. I love the garden view too. The staffs were so nice and very accommodating.

This was my fourth visit. The counter staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Watch is also close to the airport, making it convenient to get to. The parking lot is spacious and offers free parking.

There's nothing around the hotel, but the appearance and interior were amazing. It has a luxurious atmosphere, yet is reasonably priced!! The front desk was also polite, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'm very satisfied.

Checked in on 2025.1.3. The water volume was a bit small, showering was ok, but the bath water had to be left for a long time, everything else was great.

First off, it's spacious, clean, and the breakfast is delicious. However, it's disappointing that there's no convenience store nearby. You'll need a car to get there.

This is a modern hotel near the airport. It's clean, and parking is plentiful and free on-street. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store, a large supermarket (open 24 hours), and a Chinese restaurant all within a 10-minute walk.

There aren't any izakayas or restaurants around the hotel. A warehouse-style market is a 10-minute walk away, which is a bit of a consolation. I stayed for five days and the only cleaning I received was once. My biggest complaint about this hotel is the comforter. It was incredibly stressful because the pillows weren't securely in place. The rooms were spacious, though.

The beds were spacious and clean. Despite being close to the airport, there wasn't much airplane noise. I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel doesn't have many extra facilities like a gym. However, the existing parking lot and airport shuttle are currently a plus. The surrounding amenities and location, such as supermarkets, make up for the shortcomings. I hope to see improvements in the future.
